I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the service. We came from the Netherlands. My husband diagnosed the car himself and erased all the codes from memory. Consequences- the car did not start (I did not see the control unit). For a week, everyone who could watch the car, starting with Mercedes Service. To no avail. Many people recommended this service, but I wasted my time myself. She called again. And in 2 days the car is ready! Otherwise, she had to be driven to Poland. I recommend it to everyone! Good afternoon to all, honestly, the shock from all the reviews, I turned to the wonderful electrician Nikolai with the car, arrogant communication on the phone on his part alerted me immediately, drove, stood for a month, called - take everything ready, the bill was billed for 1200r, drove a kilometer - stalled, the whole device is in errors, they said you need to finish, 3 more I stood for weeks, the call was ready, another 650p, I took it away - the same story, I didn't handle the car anymore, I spat - I did it myself in my yard, I invited a man from wrc electronics who coped with the work in 2h30m and took 130p, draw conclusions, my review is not an advertisement for a competitive company! For sure there are good specialists there, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting this electrician specifically, with a crown on his head, constant rudeness, excuses and stories about how busy he is and works a lot, even so, but do not take money and do not say that the car is ready, tell me honestly what you cannot do and take your car. A bitter experience, but unfortunately as it is!
