The third joint was concluded, contradictory according to the list, everything is fine, in the end, what is normal with their diagnosis is not normal, as a result, I came to the veterinarian, she sent for a second ultrasound, I had to go to Borisov, redo it on the same day (by the way, they immediately put on a protective apron even without hints on the neck)... According to the diagnosis from Borisov, many diagnoses were not confirmed. I hope my review will read the manual and hold a conversation with the staff about the use of protective equipment during examination and diagnosis, you take a lot of money for the treatment of animals... Therefore, there should be a service regarding the means of protection, especially since it exists.

Great place and very good equipment. The only drawback is a section of road about 500 meters to the entrance. But there is a hint- it drives Timiryazev 6 into the navigator and you can park in a spacious parking lot 5 meters from the entrance. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff of the clinic, Friend and personally to Svetlana Mikhailovna! By the nature of my work, I had to go to various veterinary clinics very often. From my own experience, I can say that the Drug clinic is the best in our city and district. The most modern equipment, a wide range of services and examinations. Sometimes I bring hopeless homeless people who have been rejected by other clinics and have never been refused admission and treatment. Treatment is carried out at the highest level and hopeless people get a chance at life. I know for sure that doctors are not Gods, but here they are with a capital letter!! And the attitude towards all animals is very reverent, regardless of whether it is a stray or a pet with a sky-high price. And I know for sure that they will fight for the life of a fluffy here to the end, even if the animal has only one chance. But this chance will always be used. I have witnessed more than once when the doctors of the Friend clinic had to correct the mistakes of doctors from other veterinary clinics. And I really want to wish the clinic continued prosperity and adequate visitors. And if you want your pet to be in safe hands, then you are just here! And remember that the earlier treatment is started, the more chances there are for a favorable outcome of the disease. Therefore, you do not have to wait until your pet suffers for a week, and at the first sign immediately go to the clinic. And the treatment will be fast and it will be cheaper for you. And a full examination is desirable, especially since the equipment in the clinic allows you to do this at the highest level.

The customer orientation of this institution tends to 0. The administrator meets with a dissatisfied person, in one queue to him and for food by weight and for an appointment with a doctor with sick animals. The recording was on 23.04 at 17.00, I was 5 minutes late, in a hurry. But in the end, I had to wait until the administrator served the buyers of pet supplies and feed, and then only issued me, who came by appointment (by the way, he would accept very slowly, asking strange questions). The doctor was also in no hurry, and as a result our appointment began only at 17.20-17.30. The X-ray was done by a pleasant and polite doctor, there were no questions for him, but when it came to ultrasound of the heart, interesting things began here, because I have not yet encountered such an attitude in private veterinary clinics. The absolutely unfriendly doctor Demidova N.A. drove the sensor in absolute silence, then said: "he has a tumor," and began to put so much pressure on this area that my mega-patient cat began to bite me by the fingers of the hand with which I held his front paws. Then I was told to wait for a description, which was soon simply taken out and shoved into my hands without saying a single word (without an ultrasound photo). I went into the office and asked to comment on what I saw on the ultrasound, because for me it was unexpected, scary and unknown. To which I was given an answer: "I've done the research, your doctor will tell you the rest." At my request to comment at least in 2 words, this person gave me the following with a dissatisfied face: "I told you everything, he has a tumor. THE CAT WILL DIE!" How does it feel to hear the owner of a pet? Do I need to say in what condition I ran out of this place? The absolute lack of empathy and professionalism of this "specialist" calls into question his competence in working with animals and their owners. It would also not hurt to send some employees to customer communication trainings, although after reading the answers of the organization itself below, this question disappeared by itself...

There is no better place than this clinic. We had different cases. Sometimes it happened that it was not possible to save the lives of pets, but a lot was done for this, believe me. Doctors are not Gods (both in Medicine and Veterinary Medicine) . Admission is by appointment, ultrasound, X-ray, tests are all necessary on the spot.

If you plan to contact this clinic, read this review. I just want to scream and cry in pain. We recorded a young cat (1 year old) for sterilization on 09.12, I did not read the reviews and did not ask my friends, but unfortunately I had to.
They stretched everything out , told me what to do , and gave me appointments. We did everything as needed, suture treatment and injections
The cat somehow became sluggish, but ate a little and drank water (I apologize for the detail, she went to the toilet normally, as before the operation).
11 .12 they noticed that the cat was sick (they attributed it to withdrawal from anesthesia and possible stress) since she was drinking, but her appetite was gone, she was pacing, stretching, etc. nothing physically bothered her
13.12 the cat's condition has not changed and we took it to the same vet clinic, Dr. TABOLICH E.A. examined the cat, said that we exaggerated her poor condition, her stomach just got inflamed after surgery (she gave 5 injections!!! And a drip, I measured the temperature 39.1 or 39.i4 and said that it was normal and an ECG) The seam was good, they also said it themselves. I was scared, of course, even the cat asked a question, will it even live? I was told that I had screwed myself up and sent the cat on a drip, during this procedure the same doctor came up and offered to do an ultrasound. I agreed, they did an ultrasound and said gastritis was postoperative. They removed the catheter and said that tomorrow there was no need to do an IV, just come for an examination and get injections, and said that in the evening the cat would already eat, they gave a sheet with the appointment of more pills. I noticed that this leaflet does not indicate anything about gastritis and the condition of the cat during examination, I asked the doctor this question, she says, "I just did not count the ultrasound in the cost, do not worry." I bought the recommended pate and medicines and went home with the idea that everything would be fine and the cat would start eating.
She did not start eating, and the next day, on 12/14/12, her husband already took the cat and said that the cat had not started eating, to which another doctor said "miracles do not happen, you need to continue to treat." My husband also said that the doctor did not look at the animal's card and began to convince him that he needed postoperative injections. Then I finally figured it out and gave 5 more injections and an IV with three drugs already. He said that the cat should already be eating today, to the indignation of her husband that it was already said yesterday, he said that your wife was offered tests but I refused. He called me, I replied that I was not offered anything and sent the paper that I was given. Then they tried to say that verbally. And they still didn't take the tests.
My husband has not been given a paper with an examination and recommendations . Upon arrival home, the cat began to vomit violently and drooled
I started calling the clinic and asking what I should do , maybe some swelling , etc. He didn't tell me anything intelligible.
15.12 on Friday, we did not take the cat because we realized that somehow everything was strange. On Saturday and Sunday, we managed to feed a little, but the cat was sluggish and sometimes drooled (went to the toilet, drank as before) We were glad that it would go away anyway
18 .12 the cat died
We immediately went to the clinic, why didn't they give us tests, etc. and since there were still people there and they had heard all this about the death of the cat, the doctor called the alarm button. At the moment when I was already writing a claim, security officers (police) drove up and the director came in (they apparently called without the director's knowledge because she was very indignant at the employee who called the doctor), respectively, the police had no complaints against me since I did not violate anything. They issued a warning to the director for a kind of false call. I told them everything and asked them to be present during the conversation with the director. She was very categorical, she did not want to talk in front of them, but thank them for saying that they would attend themselves. Of course, the specifics did not come out of the conversation, the clinic says this is an operation and risks, etc. And I tried not to talk about gastritis anymore, but maybe you have poisonous plants at home. What a toxic relationship with a small child.To the outrage that her husband was not even given an extract for 14.12, she went and did it, and there were already the results of the examination. Although there was no conclusion.
The security staff called the precinct officer (by the way, the director was also outraged by this) . Then we drove up to him ourselves and he told us to write a statement.
Dear Svetlana, there is nothing to lie to me, you have video surveillance, where it is clearly visible what and how we were doing (by the way, you said that you would review them, why didn't you call back, there is nothing to say????)
I understand that it is my fault that I fully relied on the clinic and perhaps if I applied to another one, there would be a different outcome. But the question is why the cat was not really tested (there may have been an internal infection) since everything seemed to be not bad in appearance for the cat, during a visual examination, they immediately gave injections and an IV and then only an ultrasound. And in conclusion, they did not write that the cat has gastritis, arguing that they simply gave us this service. 15.12 by the way, I called about the discharge, they said they were doing it for three days!!! I was only given drugs that were injected into her. Now that the cat was gone, I began to ask my friends. And as it turned out, one answer is that the clinic works only for the purpose of earning money. There are real people who also left bad reviews and were completely dissatisfied with this veterinary clinic and most of them. And a large number of reviews that do not give paper to hand, which is very strange. And if something is not written, then we have given you this service.
I really blame myself and suffer that I did not take the situation into my own hands in time, but simply trusted the "professionals". A very strange death from postoperative gastritis. Our cat was mongrel (such cats are usually less prone to all sorts of non-arcs, even veterinarians themselves say this), and she ate only premium food, which is advertised even in this clinic, and also did not ask for anything from the table and did not eat.What can be done in this situation , because the animal will not tell what hurts it . And it turns out to be a very good business. And for us it is a great loss of a young, healthy, beautiful and beloved kitty.
The diagnosis of the cat was strange , immediately injections , then ultrasound . No tests, etc
. I repeat once again you have CCTV cameras and in this very difficult situation, I suggest you review them.
You can put me on all the black lists. I think you need to be clearly out of your mind to come back to you again.
If only they had a conscience and returned the money. Although this money will not return the cat to me, but I hope it will bring you as much joy and happiness as it does to us after visiting your institution.

Our kitty Ivy was sterilized in this clinic. The staff is excellent, it is clear that all doctors, without exception, love animals and treat them with reverence. Yes, it's expensive, but it's worth it. The clinic is equipped with the most necessary equipment, it is always clean and tidy, doctors do everything in a medical uniform, gloves and mask, this is important, not everywhere like this. We had an examination, during which a deviation was revealed, which we first treated, only then performed surgery. The doctors did well, the cat was given in an adequate condition, everything was shown and told. As a result, the cat lay for 6 hours under oxygen and died overnight, I understand the cat is in a serious condition, but to refuse and not try it is certainly too much, so look for yourself before you go there, there are much better vet clinics in Zhodino and work later.

I say that I do not know the breed, but they tell me that he is mongrel (the cat was sitting in a carrier, i.e. he is not visible), I ask you if you understand breeds, the answer is NO. I paid for : an examination (the wound site was cut, something was sprayed), 2 tablets from worms - 58 rubles!, a flea collar - 10 rubles, they gave a tablet - 7 rubles! The prices are quiet, the horror, the attitude is arrogant.
