A pleasant hotel in the historical center of Baku, near the old town and the embankment. Nice rooms, friendly staff. Towels were changed every day. Our plane arrived early in the morning, we were checked into a room and we were offered to go for breakfast in a restaurant located on the ground floor. The rooms are all different, there are more pleasant memories than one small drawback and that is the hum from the air conditioning. When you arrive tired after excursions, the sound does not interfere with a sound sleep. There is a bank, shops, cafes nearby. Thanks to the hotel for a wonderful vacation, we were there for more than a week. You can call a taxi through the administrators, convenient and reliable!

A small hotel in a quiet location. Near fountain square, old town, metro, embankment. Everything is within walking distance. Responsive staff. Clean bed linen. Towels were changed every day. The room is cleaned every day.
The room has a refrigerator, cups, bottled water, slippers, hair dryer.

Great hotel! It is located on the street facing Fountain Square. The street, although in the center of the city, is very quiet and peaceful. Very cozy rooms, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff.

It's a terrible hotel.
Of the advantages, only the location.
For breakfast there are not boiled sausages and instant coffee, and that is not always the case.
The kettle was not found working immediately.
The iron is heated, but it is not possible to iron it.
Washing 27 manats for underpants, socks, two pajamas and two T-shirts.
The chandelier is not working, the mattress is falling through, the faucet in the shower is leaking.
The staff are nice, but helpless.
They do not speak any language except Azerbaijani.

One advantage of this hotel is its location. This is not four stars at all, but three stars with a stretch. Disgusting sound insulation. Everything is audible: from the street (so the windows are wooden and someone is constantly honking and yelling on the road, and the trash wakes up at four in the morning every time), and also the cafe downstairs, the music is screaming at the whole hotel and it is impossible to sleep until three in the morning. The rooms are tired. Cockroaches were running around. The bathroom stank. The breakfasts are mediocre.
The administrator asked to cancel the booking through Booking, probably so that their high rating would not spoil there.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Terrible hotel, got up in the morning, tried to have breakfast, went down to a smoky bar, with dirty glasses and no food. The room was terrible, I think it's one star, everything is decent on the site, at lunch we moved to another hotel.

One of the advantages is the excellent location of the hotel. The old town and the embankment are within walking distance. There are cafes and shops. Friendly staff. Everything else is a C. The room was on the 4th floor. There was no elevator and no balcony. The window is small.
On weekend evenings, music is heard loudly. Periodically there was a smell of a toilet in the room. The breakfasts are primitive, the same thing every day. Service is slow. The tour bus could not drive up because of traffic jams and difficulties with parking. The streets are narrow, it is difficult to cross them because of the constant movement of cars.
