We celebrated the anniversary of our father. 75 years old. In general, the Dubrov restaurant in Raubichi is a place where excellent cuisine, pleasant atmosphere and caring staff meet. I do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a great lunch or dinner.
In addition, the prices at the Dubrov restaurant are quite reasonable, given the quality and sophistication of the dishes. I was happy to pay for this level of service and culinary experience.
I cannot but mention the professionalism and attention of the staff. They were very polite and attentive to every detail. My requests and wishes were taken into account, and I felt like a truly valuable guest.

Well, what can I say. We're totally freaking out.. We did not expect that there could be a Michelin-starred institution in the suburbs of Minsk. The interior is just super ( everything is new , clean , stylish and at the same time, homely ) Expensive , but without pathos. Kitchen - 100 points. I would like to mention the service separately . The staff is like a family. We have long heard about Belarusian hospitality… Now we know personally . I advise everyone, definitely 👍

It is a very picturesque place. I liked the large whitewashed wooden frame of the main restaurant with a lot of details, chips and accents in the interior. An interesting, varied and very tasty menu. Beautiful and cozy area by the water.

Very nice restaurant with a summer terrace. It is ideal for weddings, personal holidays or just for relaxing on a day off. The service is very attentive. Outside there are tables and a terrace right by the water, very atmospheric. According to the dishes, I can't say that it was very tasty and something surprised me a lot, but the lemonades are very tasty, we appreciated the whole company. Prices are above average. Excellent service, but you always need to book a table in advance. Very tasty cuisine (I especially advise you to try their signature Olivier) and of course nature. The restaurant has everything for a pleasant evening in any company: a playground, a separate banquet hall on the summer terrace, a DJ by the water, and in the evening a bonfire is lit in the clearing. A great place, we were in Minsk for the first time, we decided to go to this place, because it's fashionable with a dog, and nearby! Parking for 7 cars, drive through the village on a narrow, bad road.
Maybe in summer it's nice by the water, in winter there's no point at all.
The price is 2 times higher than in restaurants in the center of Minsk

We held an event for 20 people here and absolutely all the guests were extremely dissatisfied! They ruined the party.
The staff did not get into any timing! No amount of persuasion worked on them. For example, we waited for tea and coffee for the cake at the end of the evening for almost 2 hours.

You get hooked on Dubrovnik as something unique in your feelings in total, not only because of the food, but starting from the entrance and ending with the restroom. We were a family at lunch on Sunday. In a great mood, beautiful weather, hungry. And there is no cordiality, no smile. The first question is: have you booked? No. I had enough tables. But for some reason, they were not in a hurry to smoke us. That's okay.
Meal. It's a complete failure. Absolutely, everything was not delicious. Salad- with shrimp (3 pieces), less than half an avocado - can't cost that much!!! The portion is modest, even very modest.
Greek salad- you have to try to spoil it. You have succeeded. Olives, dyed the cheapest from the jar - well, how?
Burger, I don't know, it's difficult here. A child was eating. He said it was delicious. Let it be so.
My husband ordered meat. I asked for more than 300 grams, but I immediately need to make a check, so why not almost 400. Well, they will do what they do, they will pay.
They know how to make cocktails. It's not tasty.
The cappuccino was in some kind of small cup, a mini version of something. We didn't understand.
The only delicious thing was dessert. There are no questions for him. Napoleon is good, strudel - let it be too.
The location and the view are cool. But this is more due to nature. I'm unlikely to go a second time. Only if I'm on my way and that's just dessert.

We visited this restaurant today (05/13/2024), the table was not booked in advance, the restaurant was not crowded with visitors, we waited for the order to be accepted for more than 20 minutes, and then almost an hour of its preparation, given that there were many visitors who came much later than us and were served much earlier. After almost an hour of waiting, a cold dish was brought to my husband, and there was a hair in my portion of coal fish. This is not the first time we come here and once again we are convinced of the unpleasant and unprofessional attitude towards visitors, with the declared status of the institution as a restaurant, the service must match! After such an attitude, submission and apologies in the form of: "let's make you a cocktail or coffee, we have a lot of excitement today", which my husband and I did not see, I think this is not a very good reason for the service in the last place and such an attitude, I definitely do not recommend!!!

We booked a table in advance and arrived on time- but we had to wait another 20 minutes until the table was free. They offered to take a walk while the table was occupied (it was raining outside)) As a result, the four of us waited at the entrance at a table for two))
Then we were placed and we made an order. The waiting time for the first dishes from the order was 70-80 minutes. Before that, they brought only water and that's it! No bread baskets, light snacks from the establishment - nothing! My hungry children and I waited for food and drank water for more than an hour))
And in the end, when calculating, the administrator (a young lady) did not even consider it necessary to apologize for such a long wait. She calmly said, "the waiting time for your dishes was only 1 hour and 10 minutes, this happens when there is a high load." And that's it))
The food is ordinary, there is nothing to comment on.
Although I live nearby, I won't come and recommend it to anyone else. Such administrators do not need to work in a restaurant, but at the factory entrance or as a conductor - a suitable place for such "customer-oriented" employees))
