I do not recommend cooperating with the organization. I will give you a good example: a jack for a truck was purchased, when it was necessary to use it, it was inoperable and could not perform its functions, when contacting this organization, it was replaced with a new one. I had to use the replaced jack again a year later, it again failed to perform its function. When contacting the organization again, the replacement was refused, since the warranty period expired. The organization sells low-quality products and is not responsible for them.

The man was very nervous, he did not know where to go and after several explanations he stopped contacting. Is he embarrassed to call back and clarify where to go? I have been a regular customer of the Ducon company for more than a year and finally decided to leave a review about the work of the staff of this organization. I can say with confidence that there is no better company on the market right now. The assortment is huge! There is everything from bits and heads piece by piece, to industrial paint chambers on order. I am in Luninets myself - delivery of large equipment in the shortest possible time (I bought lifts when it opened - we arrived the next day and immediately mounted, now I bought a tire repair kit before the season, the same delivery was done every other day.) I periodically contact about special tools and related equipment, they send everything by a transport company (for an affordable price) and as a rule, a lot is available - a day or two I am a courier already in place (most competitors have everything on order and prepaid.) I also want to note the range of the company, they try not to offer any kind of "Chinese" but still offer decent brands (KingTony, NORDBERG, Jonnesway, M7, AE&T), believe me, in choosing a tool - a MISER PAYS TWICE, I also got acquainted with such a brand as MASTAK (Taiwan) - I was very pleased with the quality, I recommend it with confidence. and finally, a very comfortable website and staff approach, sometimes I order through the shopping cart, sometimes I call or write to the manager, in all cases everything is clear and to the point. I definitely recommend this organization as a reliable supplier of equipment and tools! Thanks to the Ducon team for their well-coordinated work and quality of service.
