As for me, the most inconvenient store of the chain, it has two floors, a basement with alcohol and a conditional first floor with groceries. There are more cereals and stuff in the basement. The store is crowded, if you come for groceries and a bottle of red in the evening, then you are guaranteed to wallow in the cramped rooms of the first and second floors and stand in two queues. Otherwise, it's the same C+ chain store with the same assortment.

The girl at the checkout constantly stands with a dissatisfied expression and is rude about all questions, there is no question of contacting YOU, or she can leave at any moment saying that her working hours are up, and the second ticket office has not yet opened. Until yesterday, I was very pleased with the wide assortment of the store, a pleasant bonus is reasonable prices and discounts. I wasn't even bothered by the long queues at the checkout, BUT yesterday, when putting food on the checkout counter, I discovered a damaged package of processed cheese late. There was a dent on the foil and the product had already dried. Other products or the basket were not smeared. I refused to buy this cheese, but the cashier accused me of violating the packaging at first, that the damage occurred in the basket. After making sure that nothing was dirty, she said that I had torn the package with my finger. The cashier threatened to sue the guards, rewind and review the video. The cheese cost 1.55 instead of the planned three, I bought two whole packages. I wouldn't have been impoverished by this extra payment if I hadn't noticed during the calculation, but these accusations and THREATS! Even in the markets, I have never encountered such a thing.
