All the joy of buying doors ended after installing the door, with the appearance of the first frosts (-3 degrees), when in the morning on the doors (ATTENTION) with thermal rupture, I saw accumulated condensate in the morning. Of course, first of all, I photographed everything and sent it to the manager with whom we signed the contract directly.
And that's where our fun life began with the proceedings, what's wrong with the door, the installer came to us, removed the foam from the bottom of the door, changed it, everything should pass (did not pass). The next thing that the employees of this beautiful store referred to were the slopes, which, according to them, we allegedly did not have (we had rough slopes, everything was insulated and tightened with glue, the photo is attached in the review, how the slopes looked before the portal was installed).
Then we were already waiting for the portal, which we ordered together with the door. But even here there was a jamb, the portal (slopes) comes to us, installers come and then it turns out that the slopes were not measured that way and they are small for us. Well, okay, the human factor, no one swore, they agreed to wait another month so that they would come in the right size.
We waited for our slopes (portal), installed, and re-foamed everything well. My husband and I hoped that after that everything would finally be fine and the problem with the doors would be resolved. Because I'm sorry, but the door was not 1000 or even 2000 thousand rubles white to close my eyes to what was happening.
But no, I get up again in the morning and condensate again, and I ask you to notice that the maximum frost on the street is still reaching the -5 mark, and what will happen next ..... And then I realize that I need to somehow radically resolve the issue, I write a registered letter, a claim.
I am sending the photo back to the store that the problem has not gone away. To which, after 1.5 hours, they tell me that we seem to know what the problem is. It's you who use the door the wrong way, the humidity in your house is not the same, there is no visor. When we arrive, we will show you and you will understand everything .......
In general, at this moment I understand that they are just hanging everything up and trying to push all the responsibility onto us.
No one came to check the door with a thermal imager for the quality of the insulation inside, although they said that just wait, a representative from the factory will come and measure everything. He arrived, but without this device, he waved a leaf there. And in the end, as it turned out later, it turned out not to be a representative of the factory where the door was made, but the director of this store.
The door installer came to measure the room for humidity, to whom the device was inserted and he read the instructions on how to use it in front of me. Well, you know..... He came to me with this device when I called the director and said that I called the consumer protection hotline and they told me that you should send me a written opinion in response to my claim, and by that time 7 days had passed and they didn't really move to do anything. Having heard this and the terrible word CONSUMER PROTECTION. So he sent us a door installer with a device that he is holding in his hands for the first time.
Regarding the lack of a visor over the front door, when my husband and I came to order the door, we stipulated at this point that the visor would be in the summer of 2025, can we change the door now? Or wait for the visor
To which the consultant replied to us: Of course, she won't be hurt in any way until the summer! It's okay, don't be afraid to order.
What do I mean by all this, if there are suddenly any problems with your door, do not expect them to somehow take responsibility for it. No one needs it there.
Therefore, my advice to you is to avoid this store, it is better to contact those who take responsibility in situations not only when everything is fine, but also when PROBLEMS arise!
They're putting all the blame on us at this stage. We will continue to contact the authorities, call the sanitary station, so that they measure the humidity of the house for us, because representatives of this store measured it incorrectly, I was convinced of this when I called the hotline of the sanitary station and they explained to me that the temperature outside should be below 5 degrees, you need to measure it at a certain angle, photo, how we measured it, I'll attach it here.
