We are very happy with the purchase and the store. We ordered six canvases, everything was made on time, all employees, from managers to installers, are friendly and punctual. In the apartment where the doors were installed, the walls are uneven, but the guys did a great job. Separately, I was pleased with the price-quality ratio. I recommend this store to everyone!

The doors seem to be of good quality, the fittings failed exactly a month after installation, the door stopped closing (the installer immediately said that there would be problems with the handles).
They promise doors in a month, but in fact at least two.
Immediately, they were asked to postpone production for a week, then there were no fittings, after manufacturing they waited for delivery for three weeks, at the conclusion of the contract they promised delivery and installation within a week after manufacture (in Minsk they counted 120 rubles). The day before the installation, they called to reschedule it. In two days, no one contacted me about a specific transfer date, and getting through to the manager is a task with an asterisk. Two days later, after calling the manager, he said that he was not aware of the situation. They confronted me with the fact that they postponed the date of installation of the doors three weeks from the date of this call, at that time I had been waiting for almost two months (they argued that the New Year was coming and everyone wanted to move into apartments, so there was no free date earlier!!!).
As for the cost, it increased by 25% after measurements from the initial one. Although they warn about this, but in words it is a maximum of 100 rubles difference. It is no longer possible to refuse, since at the conclusion of the contract it is necessary to make an advance payment in the amount of half the cost of the order, the client will lose this money if the contract is terminated.
The hardware has not been replaced, even though it has a one-year warranty.

Finally, this horror and suffering with the doors ended...the doors are at least poorly standing, but the feeling of disappointment is still present...on the one hand, everything started off cloudlessly, good marketing, friendly staff, everything in general, but there is a nuance ...
- the money must be given immediately upon delivery, and the installer will come in a week...only he will tell if everything is normal with the door, if it turns out to be crooked, then you will prove and wait for a new door for another month, and then after it is delivered, another week until it is installed...moreover, you paid on time, but you will live without doors...But these will be your problems, not theirs.
- some kind of wild joint with handles, moreover, almost every time they bring you the door first, and the handles speak later...besides, it's good later, if it coincides with the arrival of the installer...I waited once for half a year, it's good that at that moment the repair was still underway and I didn't use it
- the paint cracked in one door, it came right away.
-after the final installation, I was awarded a significant hole between the casing and the edge of the opening, measuring 7cm. for this reason, I was told that there were no floors at the time of measurement, so that's it, and what was said that the floor would be 4cm (and so it became) was simply silent...there was no finishing, well, that's all, besides, the measurer no longer works for us ...
As a result, if you suddenly decide to give a lot of money and do everything expensive, long, painful and controversial...then of course it is quite possible to apply.
Otherwise, it's better to find someone more responsible.

The operating mode does not correspond to the declared one. We arrived at the conclusion of the contract at 11.55, there is not a single employee at the workplace and they do not answer the phones, although it is indicated that they work from 11.00. They waited 10 minutes and went to buy elsewhere.

The doors were installed on September 1, 2022 for 1500 rubles with the installation cost us, after 2 weeks cracks appeared on the casing and the box, apparently
low-quality materials, the installer glued the casing, the gap is poorly visible. The receipt for payment was given only when we paid the first half in the salon when ordering the door, upon delivery they did not issue a receipt for the remaining amount, they said you already have a type of guarantee. When we wrote the claim, we were refused, no one even came and examined the doors, they said it was your fault, it meant you were flooded with water, although no one even lived in the apartment yet. The seller ignores the warranty in every possible way and does not even want to hear that they need to fix something. I do not recommend ordering doors from these people to anyone, since you will not have enough doors for a long time and no one will fix anything for you under warranty. We will apply to the Ministry of Taxes and Duties to protect consumer rights to do an examination and to the court.
