I ordered door stoppers and called.
They said that the stoppers are available and you can come to the store and pick them up before 19.00.
We agreed that I would drive up. I was driving through the whole city when I arrived at the place at 17.00, the store was closed and no one answered the phone.

We ordered doors made of oak veneer in gray. + installation from the company. I was consulted in detail in the office, I chose the best option for price and quality. We have been using the doors for 2 months, there are no complaints. They look great, the installer also did its job perfectly and neatly. I recommend this company.
Of the disadvantages, I note that the factory manufactures our doors for 2 months, so we had to wait. But this is the standard waiting time for doors and other custom products. Therefore, it was not a surprise for us.

We are from Grodno, we accidentally wandered into this store in Minsk. We chose the doors and went home with a business card, at first glance a valid store (there is even a website).
We are contacting the store and are already in constant contact with the director of this store. I would like to note that when approving the order, we talked a lot about the black metal edge.
On November 3, 2020, the contract was concluded, 50% was paid, in 30 working days the doors should be ready, but that was not the case.
We're going to a meeting waiting. Then they contact us and we decide to pick them up personally, we go to Minsk and meet next to the shopping center where, when trying to look at the doors, the director asks us not to do this, saying that everything is in order, factory packaging, it is better not to open it, they say there is still a road ahead (I admit our biggest nonsense, don't EVER do that!!!).
We come home, open the package and see that the doors are not ours. There is no black metal edge, although it is written in the contract, and this was the most important thing for me at the door. Naturally, we call the director, who tries to convince us that this is our order. After long and painful conversations, we prove that the doors are not ours and he still agrees to fix this situation, but with a favor. And so the months go by, we call and they constantly tell us new stories that the doors were not made, not brought, and so on. He throws off correspondence, allegedly with a manager in Russia, trying to prove his innocence of all these costs. But the most interesting thing is the stories that the doors left for Grodno, but it turned out somewhere in between that the doors were not the same and therefore did not reach us. The highlight of the program is the story of an almost happy ending, that the doors left Minsk but did not arrive the first day, did not arrive the second. At this time, 2 work phones have been disconnected for a long time, I have been calling continuously for half a day and in no way. Then the director picks up the phone and quickly says that he will call back in an hour and that's it, I can't get through again - no one is picking up. After an hour and a half, the director reports that he is trying to find out the fate of the doors in the delivery, but nothing works. I ask you to tell me the delivery phone number, to which I receive an unequivocal refusal, then the director informs me that he will figure it out. After a while, again futile attempts to call and clarify the situation, all this time the director claims that the doors have been sent. Then, after some more time, on a call with the director, he tells me the delivery phone number, which I emphasize was refused to receive earlier. I call the number, and there the delivery greets me playfully and assures me that it is officially issued, although the UNP does not inform the names either (they do not give such information to customers), the driver's phone is also not reported, but the doors are coming and already under the Lida, it's about lunch.
I also ask for photos of the doors and documents for them, they promise to throw them off in the near future and that the driver will contact us, but as you know, this does not happen and the phone stops being picked up that day and the next too. On the call the next day, the director refuses to contact the police and claims that the person to whom he gave the door does not have a sole proprietor and just some person with whom he cooperates. Then there were many more humiliating and terrible conversations and appeals to consumer protection and consultations with lawyers, but we naturally wanted to get rid of this entrepreneur as soon as possible, who for 4 months as a result cannot give the doors we ordered. We had to cancel the contract after so much time!!! And now we will order doors from another store.

Terrible store!
I waited for the door for 2 months, instead of the 30 days written in the contract! As a result, they were brought, but not installed! The type of door should lie in this climate of the apartment. I 've been waiting for the installation for a week , the store either doesn 't pick up the phone or is unavailable !( terrible attitude !
