It's a good place. We were at a choreographic competition. A large concert hall. The chairs are quite comfortable. A souvenir trade was organized in the lobby and it was possible to buy snacks.

I visited Vitebsk for the first time. The city itself is very beautiful, but the Palace of Culture of railway workers leaves much to be desired. The building looks interesting from the outside, but inside... In my opinion, there was not enough repair.

I visited this recreation center for the first time. Cozy, large wardrobe, mirrors, attentive and courteous staff. There was not enough air conditioning, watching a calm or musical concert, comfortable, but laughing vigorously at a stand-up, it was too hot. The sound is good. The main disadvantage is the chairs, the seat is tilted to the floor, it is not comfortable to sit.
Parking near the recreation center is small, fortunately if you drive further you can park.

Inside is a Soviet renovation. BUT it's better than nothing. There is a concert hall with a small stage, concerts, winter fairy tales, etc. are held.
They rent out classrooms for gymnastics competitions, model school classes, and more.

Parking is very small for a palace. Nothing has changed inside the hall since the collapse of the USSR. Well, maybe the projector and the backlight, but that's not for sure. The floor in the hall in front of the stage is beaten, you can also touch up. They can't put paper in the toilet at paid concerts. The wardrobe works 50-50. Someone works, somewhere in general how they sleep.
