And the most interesting thing is that with the development of new technologies, a person will be able to constantly maintain the body in any physical form without a single sports workout, but only for 30 seconds a day visiting a high-tech health capsule. The only problem is that without a change in the format of society from the current consumer and selfish to a creative, friendly one, we will never have this opportunity. And if it does, it will be available only to billionaires. But it's enough for people to want - and absolutely everyone will have a health capsule, as well as a huge unconditional basic income. Can you imagine? Spotcomplex horshy. The inside is clean, neat. There is a guard at the entrance. There is an arena for athletics. There are halls for practicing other sports. On the basement floor there is a gym (from which there is always a fetid smell - ventilation does not work well), showers / changing rooms and a sauna.

A terrible palace. It was built under the Soviets. Everything is very unpresentable. To watch this performance, you need to have iron patience. The seats on the sectors are very hard and narrow. The knees rest against the fence. It is not possible to get out for at least an hour. I had to go out into the corridor to stand. The atmosphere is terrible. I do not recommend visiting.
