I'm thrilled! The palace itself looks gorgeous from afar! The territory is well maintained, even though we were in November. The exhibition halls are beautiful! It's warm, cozy, spacious, clean, everything is visible well, and history is history, a lot of interesting things! Special thanks to the staff: polite, patient, always smiling, friendly. We spent the night in the junior suite and again the delight! There is a pleasant smell at the entrance to the room, and then it's better- the furniture is palatial! Very beautiful, comfortable, everything is often not dirty, the towels are snow-white, tea, coffee, sugar are on the table, cups for these drinks, glasses are beautiful. In general, even for a day everything is convenient and pleasant! I really didn't want to leave! And, most importantly, I want to come back!

A very beautiful, atmospheric place: nature, the area near the castle, the castle itself. We love to come with the whole family. But our last visit was ruined by the guide Vasilyuk Tatyana Petrovna. We were in the hall where there was an exhibition of photographs of the castle. Silence, everyone moves from hall to hall, you can hear the stories of the guides. A photo falls right next to us with a crash (we didn't even touch it, the photos are mounted on "tripods", there is no fence near this photo). And then Tatyana Petrovna flies up and publicly, undecided, begins to shout that she will call security (and we are in our arms with a small child).
Is this a reason to humiliate visitors? The desire to stay here disappeared at the same moment (and one ticket costs 15 rubles - there were 5 adults). This attitude towards visitors offends: the answer to the words that we want to leave a review is that you write wherever you want and to whom you want; and to my question "is it possible to talk to people like that?" the answer was: that's the only way to talk to you.But I can't put fewer stars on such a beautiful place because of some Tatyana Petrovna.
