We did not expect such an unsanitary condition in Minsk! The men's shower is a real nightmare: there are traces of sewage on the floor. Cleaning seems to be completely absent. There are serious doubts about the purity of the water and other aspects of maintenance. I absolutely do not recommend this place, we will not return there again!

I often go to the pool, it is spacious, long paths of 50 m, there is a separate pool for children, which is very pleasing.A good sauna, shared for women and men with separate showers in order to wash up before swimming.But of course it is inconvenient with time tracking, so far the lockers are equipped with bracelets with keys inside, most of which are rusty and barely working, the hair drying room was specially moved to the locker rooms, and now it is necessary to provide an exit earlier from the pool, since if you do not fit in the allotted time, then 10 are removed from you for every minute kopecks, the cost before 16-00 is 13.50 rubles, after 16-00 is 15.50 .Parking is paid, which I am very surprised at, after all, people come here for free, and free parking is provided everywhere for visitors for the first 2 hours.I would like to make conditions for people good, like everywhere else, so that they still have something to work on for a decent level of service.

A great place to relax body and soul. Unlike other pools (with session function) here you are not tied to time and you can come whenever you want. Excellent sauna, pleasant changing rooms, clean showers. The 50-meter pool is a separate topic. The water is pleasant. There are not many people.

There are enough sun beds, and for every taste - in the sun / in the shade near the pool, in the sun / under the trees on the lawn, away / closer. There is a point with food - the prices at first glance are ordinary (ice cream, drinks, fast food, for lovers and alcohol). The pool is large, clean, heated. According to the staff, a gym is also available for visitors. In general, for those who want to wallow in the water, but do not want to go somewhere far away, that's the thing.

In February 2022, you made a strong marketing move (for yourself) by including in the service of visiting the pool and automatic sauna access (previously the complex-training room + pool + sauna). At that time, 6-8 people could be in the sauna at the same time. Now 12-16, and sometimes 22 people. Without increasing the area of the sauna or their number, you have made a profit (this is your legal right) but at the expense of a sharp decrease in the quality of the service. Visitors are now like sprats in a tin can.
Another minus in July 2023, a bucket of water disappeared for 10 years did not bother anyone, and then they pour it, allergies, etc. In this case, a ban is not the best way.
Another issue that is at least annoying is the low sanitary culture of some visitors.People do not know that it is necessary to take a shower before visiting the pool and sauna (without a drip suit), and after each visit to the sauna before entering the communal pool bath, it is just as easy to take a shower to wash off sweat. For cultured people, these are elementary rules. Making comments to adults is more expensive for yourself, you can run into rudeness or aggression. Therefore, I propose to post short signs on this topic in the showers and in front of the sauna doors. Then you can nod your head to draw the attention of people who do not notice them. On the downside, there is no food except chips. None at all! There was ice cream. It was sold out in 5 minutes and that's it… We didn't take it with us, we thought we couldn't bring it. Keep in mind. Nobody checks the bags. Take drinks and food. Otherwise you'll be hungry.

In the summer, I bought an unlimited subscription to the pool twice and hoped for a miracle. I really like to swim for me 45 minutes is very little, so I chose from where there are unlimited sessions at all. Out of two months, I walked all the time and every day, but I swam only 20 days in two months, on all other days the water is not just cold, it's ICY! So you just can't do without cramps after 2 minutes in the water, the windows opened wide, and I walked at 7 in the morning and the temperature was, say, not 30 degrees. For all claims, complaints and statements, just excuses, unsubscriptions, etc., that their water is according to the standard of 26-28 degrees, and there was no smell of 20 degrees at the water temperature .....
The ideal place would be if not just ice water. For me, an unlimited swimming pool that you can visit every day is a paradise. Although it costs a lot, I was ready to give it away, but it's just unrealistic to swim there. Think 10 times before you go there.

If I'm not mistaken, parking is free up to 30 minutes. The first hour is 1 ruble, then 50 kopecks. On the ground floor of the complex there is a large wardrobe, a waiting area and a coffee shop. Quite a lot of people visit it. A popular place, because reasonable prices.

I rarely leave reviews, but I can't keep quiet here.
On Sunday, 07/16/2023, my family (husband and two children) and a friend came to relax in the summer area. It was a hot day, there were sooo many people.
It will not be about the lack of sun beds, not about the service at food outlets.
It's about SAFETY!!!
At about seven o'clock in the evening, I quickly left the pool and went straight to the 6th hospital to sew up my leg!!!!
And I dissected it on the ISLAND OF SAFETY! Security, think about it?!
The thing is that in the pool with mineral water, there is a stove right in the center, but what the hell is it under water for?! Guys, maybe you can see it from above, but when you're in the water, and even when the water has already clouded over the day, you can't see it from the word at all!!! And if we managed to swim around this island all day with more difficulty (my son hit the edge with his back, but without injury, my daughter was swimming underwater, so she almost bumped her head), then in the evening I got injured. And not a scratch! Not only is this thing underwater, but the edge is sharp! You know how: you stand at a depth in the water, dangle your legs to stay afloat, there's a blow!!! Horseradish! It hurts, I take out my leg, and there's a deep wound right there, the children were scared, of course. While limping to the nurse's booth, she splattered the whole path with blood, because she flowed like a stream, and then the closet, where the nurse sealed the wound and sent her to the hospital to sew up her LEG!
Our rest continued at the 6th hospital.
I understand that the island of safety is great, but why underwater?! Why is it not marked in any way so that everyone can see, and not just from above?! Why the sharp edge?!! By the way, in the 2018 photo, the island protrudes above the surface of the water.
In addition, I had to sew up my leg, and now I have to wait a long time for the wound to heal, I had to drink antibiotics and get a tetanus shot, because it's NOT SAFE!!!
I strongly recommend that visitors take into account my sad experience and choose more suitable places to relax, and the management of the complex resolve the issue before someone else is injured more seriously.
