I do not recommend this service as much as possible, I came with a problem with fast charging that was not working, they put up a price of 100 rubles, changed some kind of fee and as a result returned it with the same problem under the pretext of fixing everything, then returned it back to them, with a claim for which I gave 100 rubles, they took it away again, took it to another office, they kept it there the phone rang for 5 days, every day, asked what progress - the answer is one: "Still on diagnosis", as a result, after my desire to pick up the phone without repair, the master abruptly finished the diagnosis and unsubscribed that no defects were found, to my question: why then does the phone charge for 8 hours? I got ignored. I took my phone, but I wasted my time and money.

I do not recommend this resource center, I gave away a laptop with a warped frame, after the diagnosis they called and said that the price of the issue was 250 rubles. When I asked what the money was for, they mumbled something about a cracked screen and told me to come back in 2 days. I come to pick up the phone, they give it all in rubber bands and say let it stay like this (from this it can be understood that the phone was made on the same day). I signed the act and already at home I decided to take a closer look at the glass and it turns out that there is dust under it, or it is poorly glued, along the edges of the glass, a large amount of glue residues. As an apology for the long work, they offered to paste the film at a discount of 5p (it costs 20p, offered for 15p)

Tablet repair has turned into an indefinite epic. I asked to repair the on/off button + replace the battery. The master named the amount of 70 re. The button was not repaired, there was no replacement. The Acc has been replaced. Acc 60 re, for the replacement of 60 re. I'm not greedy, but not fat, do you think? As a result, the new battery turned out to be discharged, and charging was already at home... 7 o'clock. A new acc. I couldn't turn on the tablet at home. I went to the workshop the next day. The new master turned on / on - turned on / on for ten minutes - turned it on with grief in half. He says: my colleague told you to turn it on now through the sound button. Well, what did I do the day before? I've been messing with him for a good hour and a half! And he says further: and in general, you are his (tablet) Don't turn it off! I ask: well, if it runs out, how do I turn it on then, do I now graze its charging level?! By God, it's funny. As a result, I returned home with the tablet again. I didn't turn it off. I take it in my hands - you can see what's on the screen.
I am not happy with the repair. I think that the total amount, frankly speaking, is not comparable with the final result.
June 16th. I have to make an addition. The day before, the tablet was left in sleep mode. The Acc is 96%. The time is 15.00. Today at 16.00, after returning from the guests, I found the tablet not working. I put it on charge and found an acc with 1%. The battery has been drained in a day! There are no words. I will write a complaint and demand the money back. Right up to the trial.

Appeals under the guarantee did not solve the problem, the masters refused. This summer, the phone itself began to spontaneously press the sensor, go crazy. As a result, in another repair they said that they put the wrong module and fixed everything for 150. Egroup is an expensive disgusting and low-quality service

Принес ноутбук что бы проверить что не работает зарядка или разъем. Итого не дало зарядки у них и то чем можно проверить напряжение зарядного устройства. + Ко всему работник играл на ноутбуке в доту когда пришли. Организация большая и вроде солидная, а толку 0.

Были два случая обращения...
в первом плохо работал разъем зарядки в Iphone - оперативно достали мусор, бесплатно. был счастлив.
второй. принес почистить подтопленный iphone. были следы испарины, но работало все. По итогу убили экран - разводят руками, мол бывает. faceid после них конечно тоже умер.
больше не обращусь.

Сын-подросток напустил в телефон вирусов, стал бесконечно приходить спам, так что пользоваться телефоном стало невозможно. Ребята в ТЦ Замок устранили проблему + установили антивирусное приложение. Огромное спасибо!

Исходные данные: планшет леново, рабочий, треснуло стекло. Всё работает, заряжен.
Процесс: позвонил, узнал возможность ремонта и цену (95р. 2-3 дня). Привез планшет на точку (Замок). Прошла неделя. Позвонил узнать, как планшет. Со слов: заказали 3 экрана, все оказались "браковаными". Забирайте планшет, мы не можем починить.
Возврат: забираю планшет, подписываю акт на 0 рублей, где написано - претензий не имею. Планшет выглядит так, как и был изначально. Но он разряжен полностью (не включается).
Результат: планшет дома зарядил - тачскрин не подаёт признаков жизни вообще (а был полностью рабочий). Но я же уже подписал, что "претензий не имею".
Был планшет с треснутым экраном - теперь нет планшета.

Уже не первый раз обращаюсь в этот сервис, а именно на точку, которая находится в Шибанах. Менял модуль на xiaomi 9t. Утром принёс, а вечером забрал телефон. На данный момент не имею претензий

Поставил как-то заряжаться свой старенький айфон 6 у друга на ускоренную зарядку, спустя пару часов вспомнил про него. Когда взял его в руки, чуть не выронил ибо он был очень горячий, а на экране была надпись, что его срочно нужно охладить т.к. температуры критические. Когда он остыл, решил его включить, но к моему сожалению он не подавал признаков жизни. Решил поискать решение проблемы в поисковых сетях, но результата никакого не было. Тогда решил отвезти в ремонт, на часах уже было почти девять и работник уже готовился к уходу, но к моему удивлению он все равно оформил мою заявку на ремонт, в тот момент я решил заменить стекло на экране, т.к. оно тоже было разбито. Мастер сказал, что неизвестно на данный момент, что с моим телефонов и выживет ли он. Какого же было мое удивление, когда на следующий день, мне сказали, что мой старичок сделан ! Я уже начал искать новые модели. Спасибо егруп, что дали еще пару лет жизни моему устройству, особая благодарность тому самому мастеру, который все же остался и оформил мою заявку, хоть и уже уходил. Обязательно вернусь!
