Hello, I would like to change my review from excellent to terrible, because I am very disappointed in this service center, as I had high hopes for this service with a display problem, namely, it stopped responding to any clicks, to which I was told that it was definitely for replacing the display and so on, as a result after 7 days of waiting and explanations that "here is a slightly different problem , we must wait " the phone was repaired , for which I gave 310 rubles, after which I went home, hoping that everything would work well, as a result, 2-3 days passed and after repeated torments with this phone during its use, and that's right, very strong suspensions, and on the last day everything returned to normal, I carried it back, and there were still claims that this was a display, I think okay, they redid it under warranty for the second time, I think everything will work now, I pasted a protective glass in order to accurately secure my phone, but no, from my light, slightly careless collision of the phone with the table, the matrix cracked, not the protective glass, not the screen glass, but the matrix, which means that this is not a warranty case, but a new repair was offered to me with a "very pleasant discount " of 65 rubles and that turns out to be 245.Subsequently, no matter where I consulted and no matter who I asked, every single one of them told me "bad sizing of the matrix" but there is no way to prove it and I will not return my money, and even on kufar I will now even disassemble it, even for 100 rubles I will not sell it.I really hope that the e group staff will contact me and we will come to some kind of solution to this problem, but so far my feedback is as follows .

I was very lucky that this wonderful service center turned out to be near my house. I handed over the phone for repair due to a malfunction of the screen module of the mobile phone — the work was completed as soon as possible (I handed it over today — today I got the phone in my hands). I'll tell you my story. I gave the laptop for repair with a power problem. They said that they would do everything in three days, as a result, after three days I come to pick it up, but it does not charge already at the issue. They will be taken away for repair for another week and a half. After these two repairs, I take it away, the laptop charges for three weeks, after which the charging disappears again. I carry a warranty repair, which lasted more than two weeks, after that the same story, a month and the charge disappears. Before the warranty repair, they said that it would be possible to return the funds if it breaks again, now it turns out that this is possible after 3!! warranty repairs!! How to do ***** the same thing, you can expect different results. I'm going to the main office to fight with everyone I can.

Yesterday (11.03) the display was changed to Samsung s21 5g.
They entered the situation, did not take the phone for a day or more. Everything was well explained, from the process to the warranty. I was pleasantly surprised . We called upon arrival for spare parts - I arrived - I left it for 20 minutes and received a new phone with a 1-YEAR WARRANTY on the original display. What surprised me in general was that there was no such guarantee anywhere, even the official representative offered the worst conditions!

We held the phone for four days and didn't do anything in the end. The problem was the software that flew off, the phone just needed to be flashed. I gave it back on Sunday, the employee promised to look at it in two hours. No one contacted me. On Monday, I called myself, they promised to report the results in the evening or tomorrow. Again, no one contacted. I called myself, they said that the employee on the spot could not do anything himself, so the phone was transferred to the service. On Wednesday, I received an SMS about the order's readiness. I came to pick up the phone and only on the spot was I informed that there was no repair. The reason is so absurd that I didn't even argue, "They didn't find the firmware." And this is despite the fact that it is freely available on the manufacturer's website. That same evening, I found a man with straight arms who revived my phone in forty minutes. I am writing from a phone that this "wonderful" service has condemned to recycling (I remind you, just because of a software glitch). I don't know, maybe they can do something, but it's definitely not trivial to Google, flash phones and normally inform customers about the status of the order. If you don't want to waste your time, look for another service.
