I took the laptop to this service because I filled it with water, part of the keyboard stopped working. They gave it away the next day with even bigger problems, they said it was necessary to order from China, because the laptop is rare and wait a month. The problem was not solved, so they also carried out a cleaning for 100 rubles, which is not a word in the receipt. And it makes sense for me to clean up if it got even worse. As a result, paragraphs 3.4 and 4.2 in their public agreement were not complied with, they said to wait and that's it. I strongly advise against service, poor performance and customer orientation.

Two months later, the screen stopped working, the warranty was not recognized, citing the fact that the matrix burst and it was completely my fault. Not a phone, but some kind of crystal vase) Considering the cost of the work, I do not recommend it.

I called beforehand and clarified the availability of this spare part, I was assured that it was available, they signed me up for 20.00 to repair the phone. I came from Mogilev to Minsk in order to repair the phone. When he came to the repair service, the young man told me that this spare part was not available!!!!! How is it??? I came from another city on purpose!!! To say that I was upset and outraged by this attitude towards customers is to say nothing!!!!! I do not recommend this service!!!

On 12/18/2023, I handed over a laptop for repair. in the evening, they called back and explained what repairs needed to be carried out and its cost. everything seemed to be fine. as a result, the device was not repaired on time. Well, anyway, anything happens. I call 8.01.24 to find out what I can hear and they explain to me that the laptop is in operation and will be ready next week. Result: 13.01 a message arrives that everything is ready and you can pick it up. upon arrival at the service, it turns out that the device is returned without any repair. The master could not give any explanations or clarifications about this. This attitude is simply killing. There is no desire to apply here anymore. Probably all that can be trusted is the pasting of phones, and even then I doubt it

I come home, and a row of wsx keys crashes and prints wj instead of w. the next day I don't know how, but the keys started working and it's unclear why the keyboard went wrong, I hope everything will be fine next. the price tag for such a service is 300 rubles, it feels like they take the prices out of their heads, so I would like a clear receipt for how such an amount turns out

Unfortunately, I became a client of this wonderful office, handed over a phone with a broken glass. Upon inspection, they told me to completely change the module, I agreed. I handed over the phone at 12 and was told that I could pick it up at 4 o'clock. I arrive at 16.30 the phone is not ready because the courier allegedly did not bring a spare part, they did not call, they did not even warn. I'm from another city myself, I had to cancel the minibus and look for a place to spend the night, as they promised to do it the next day before lunch, as a result, the call at 11 a.m. back rescheduled to 5 p.m. I came to pick it up, the phone was not ready at 5. I waited , after examining the gap at the bottom of the phone, which was not and should not be. The master ate as he reduced the gap, but it is still present. I think that's it, but no. After leaving 2 metro stations, I find that the fingerprint does not work, Bravoooooo. They don't feed much with breakfast, they also break it. I regretted 100 times that I turned to the miracle service.

Terrible service! I've already regretted contacting this organization ten times. I left a request, called back, made a pre-order of the necessary s/h to repair my phone. Upon arrival at the agreed time and place, the s/h was not available. According to my complaints, they offered to do a cleaning with disassembly of the phone, it did not help. The master spread his hands and said, then you need to change the microphone, but please pay for cleaning!!!! Ordered again s/h, arrived at the appointed time - no s / h....
