And no one has even touched my tablet yet, although when I asked about the status of the order's readiness, I called the receipt number.

We contacted this company regarding the repair of iphone12. I haven't seen the SIM card. A reball was agreed upon - 450 rubles with a 6-month warranty. When the master started reballing, damage to the bottom of the board was revealed (all the elements responsible for communication are located on this part), unfortunately, there is no way to restore them. The only option is to replace them (i.e. swap the bottom of the board). These are the working elements taken from another board and transferred to the board of your phone. This procedure is complicated and, unfortunately, there are no other repair options besides it. The cost is 700 rubles with a 6-month warranty. We agreed. A week after the repair, the phone had the same "sores" that it had before the repair. We asked about warranty repairs, but in response we heard that this is not a warranty case and no one will repair it under warranty.
