I don't often write reviews, but this time I want to share my experience with this company, which means that my display on Google pixel 7 pro crashed,I called back all the services in Minsk, and so I dial e-group Prostore and they tell me the price of 660p,I ask again about the price and timing (the timing was promised 1.5-2 hours)and moisture protection (they said that even it has a guarantee, I was even surprised by this)So I took it to them, and THE PHONE STAYED THERE FOR 10 DAYS!!! every evening I wrote to the main office and personally to the master,both of them were fed breakfast (they said problems with suppliers, etc.), I couldn't stand it and decided to pick up the phone without waiting for repairs (which, according to the main office, had to wait another 15 days, i.e. in total 25 days,this is me and not satisfied)and after my message about "picking up" the phone, the master writes to me, "if the problem was only in delivery, we would have done it on the day you brought it, but the problem is installation, the display arrived yesterday," i.e. before that, he says that "we would have done it on the day you arrived." and now the "display came yesterday," in short, a full hat, and the "cubicle" itself where they make phones is located in a crowded place where it is always noisy, etc., and let's say I don't understand how you can do normal repairs in such conditions.Personally, after all these adventures, I gave the phone to a service that another service recommended to me, and I got what they promised me, i.e. I brought the phone in yesterday and received it today, everything is clear, and the conditions there are completely different, it's clear that there are people who can fix phones, and not like in e-group(it's like professional persuaders are sitting there)

Before you give your equipment here, think a thousand times. Initially, I chose the service, as it offered the removal and delivery of equipment by courier. They promised to pick up the laptop, agreed on the time, and then a few hours later the courier "suddenly fell ill." I had to take the laptop to the point myself. Clean after spilling soda cost 100p. The laptop was needed urgently, so I agreed. They promised to do it quickly and call back the next day. Of course, I didn't wait for the call and called myself. They said that the courier would arrive in the evening and give everything back. My joy did not last long, because an hour later I received a call, where it turned out that this time the courier's car "broke down, there is no way to bring it home." I had to drive late at night again. On the spot, it turned out that the keys, which stuck after spilling, also stick. I didn't accept the job, returned the laptop and was told to wait again. They were supposed to be in working order the next day. What? That's right, no one called, only a day later a call came, it turns out that cleaning does not include cleaning the keys, this is a separate job that costs another 150 rubles from above. I agreed, as I repeat, I urgently need a laptop for work. After clarifying by phone how soon the laptop would be ready, the consultant said "hang on a bit, I'll check with the master now", after which I forgot to turn off the microphone and I heard this conversation "Vova, when will this finished MacBook be ready?" "I don't know, I need to look at all the keys, if nothing breaks on the way, then it will be there by evening." I immediately said that I had heard everything when the consultant returned. When asked about the recording of the conversation, I was told that it was not being conducted, although at the beginning of the call it was reported that a recording was in progress. Shocked by everything, I said that I was waiting for a laptop. How long did the 150p job take, what do you think? That's right, literally an hour and a half later they called me back and said that the laptop had already been handed over to the courier and there was no guarantee for it. Draw your own conclusions from this situation, but I will never contact this company again!

It's not the first time I've handled the same phone model, but with different problems) And they decide on the same day) For example, they changed the battery, changed the charging connector, cleaned it from dust and moisture. And today I actually thought that I would stay without a phone... When riding a bike, the phone fell and the display did not work.. In 30 minutes, I was disassembled, the reason was established, and put back together) Thank you for the quick and high-quality help) every time a different master, and always a quick job)
