I was at a competition in Minsk, looking for a place to eat and accidentally went to easy soup in the Gallery shopping center.
I did not expect fast service, service and friendliness from the staff.
They told me about the free
soup tasting, which I was very pleased with.
The composition and BCG are also prescribed everywhere, which is very important for an athlete.
The girls very quickly collected everything without leaving the cash register and gave it away)
I can say one thing, the food is delicious, the service is wonderful, the atmosphere is cool....

I ordered food from them through a third-party delivery service. Not only did they not bring two soups from the order, but also fish cutlets cooked by three (!) turned out to be in the order Two days ago. Naturally, they went to the trash. And if the first joint may be a courier's mistake, then the food in the cafe prepared a few days ago is too much.
Of course, Easy Soup no longer exists for me

Last night, after shopping with friends, we went to eat at Easy soup on the 6th floor of the Gallery shopping center.
The staff is very helpful, they help with the selection and even gave us some soups to taste)
Cheese soup is just a fairy tale 😋 crackers with paprika are a great addition to the soup)
The fitburgers are also very tasty and satisfying.
I tried kombucha for the first time - a very unusual and delicious drink that I definitely recommend everyone to try!
Fast, tasty, healthy - it all perfectly describes Easy soup

Favorite views in the best network of the city for me! Together with easy soup, I often arrange fasting days without meat, with light salads and broths) The cashier girls are great, they always offer to try new soups for FREE and talk about promotions) Today I ordered a new hodgepodge and I give the guys 10 points! To taste, an incomparable combination of ingredients with a slight sourness, a pinch and a lemon, served with all my heart and with love. I'll start with the positive: soups and burgers are delicious, there's nothing to complain about.
I periodically come to Minsk, and I go to have a snack at Easy Soup, and at the same time I take different soups with me. But for the second time in a row, they are substituted with the portion size. And in the last two times in different places. Here and in Danna, they say Tom Yan took soup to take away. Instead of the stated 450grams in a portion of 350grams (I weighed it with a scale, because it was immediately obvious that the soup was not enough).
Judging by the fact that this case is not an isolated one and is repeated at different points of this institution, I conclude that this deception with the portion size is put on stream. Considering that the price is not small for this soup, it is low to do so. I will come to you with kitchen scales. It's unpleasant when they make fools of you.

After shopping at the Gallery shopping center, we went to the food court to eat and discovered easy soup for the first time.
Due to the huge number of positions, we could not decide on a choice, so we turned to the staff for help, they gave us soups and such an interesting drink as Kombucha.
The staff turned out to be very polite, attentive and quick to serve👏
It's a pleasure to come back again.

The quality of staff service wanted to be better. Communication with clients is at zero. When asked to remove the table, the answer was not our table, we will not clean it (can we take plates, forks, knives and trays home?) ... Are they on the phone???? It's better to pay more, but you will be treated with respect...

First of all, thank you for an absolutely ruined evening and a bad mood.
Today, Wednesday, 16.03, I made an order. The order included two sets of "Energy" and two Caesar salads. Ten hours later, the order was delivered (the courier called and warned that he was a little late)
Next, nothing positive. In the order, instead of fitburgers, there were caesars, that is, 4 caesars. That's cool, we thought, and called the call center. At first, they began to claim that it was our fault, and the salad was in the set, not the burger. After just 1-2 minutes, the manager on the other side realized the mistake, apologized, said that in an hour they would bring burgers and pick up caesars, plus there would be dessert in the form of an apology. The mood was already not very good, but in order not to create a conflict, I agreed.
After an hour, nothing was delivered, after an hour and a half I called with the question - "where are these burgers finally?", I received absolutely nothing concrete in response, except that the girls in the call centers have no connection with the couriers and do not see their status.
After 1:40-1:50, the burgers were still delivered, the courier also asked - "What did they mess up there?", with a dissatisfied face. Well, FINALLY, we can have a full dinner, also with dessert. We open the package - there is no dessert, it's cool 👌
Then no one answered the numbers.
The administration of Easy So Up, here we are not talking about the material value of the dessert or something else, but about your attitude to the client who had the first touch with you. If there is no dessert, it turns out there are no apologies, I am generally silent about the time spent.

I ordered delivery, they called an hour later, said that the courier was delayed, would arrive in 15 minutes; they gave me a promo code for borscht for 1 kopeck at the next order (yeah, if there is one, of course). The courier didn't arrive in 15 minutes... I arrived an hour later.
As a result, I waited 2 hours for the order! Plus, in the receipt that I paid on the spot, the amount was more. In the application, the delivery amount was shown 3 rubles, and in the receipt 5 rubles. I would give a maximum of 50 kopecks for SUCH a delivery ...
The food is very ordinary, the bun is crumpled and hardened ((

The evaluation is purely on delivery. It has been repeated more than once. First, they write on the site 45 minutes delivery, then after 15 minutes they call back and offer to deliver in 2 hours. Hurtful. This is not an isolated case - if we could arrange delivery, everything would be just great.

They promised delivery within an hour and a promo code if the courier does not deliver in 45 minutes. After an hour, no one called, and no one sent the promo code. We typed it ourselves, heard in response that there were a lot of orders, and waited another 20-30 minutes, but they would send us a promo code for free soup. The courier arrived exactly 1.5 hours after the order. Honestly, I was shocked, because initially I was already told that there were a lot of orders, so they will be able to deliver within an hour. Are there more orders or fewer couriers?? Could they have initially said that they would wait 1.5 hours? It's a shame for the time spent. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired.

I bought mushroom soup on Expobelle today, just water! So the question is: "What happened to the quality?!" Usually the soup is thick, lots of mushrooms, vegetables. One liquid tasteless broth today! The feeling that the soup was simply diluted with water, while being diluted immodestly, somewhere at the rate of 1:3.
We take this soup often, or rather we took it, I won't risk it anymore. Last time, the crackers for the soup were damp with the taste of a stale loaf. I had to throw them away. This time the soup was poured out. Once they took a Caesar salad with chicken there, there was an embarrassment with the stomach. I decided it was an accident. Apparently not.
The quality has dropped. I do not recommend it to anyone!

I have ordered food many times, unfortunately, the trend of food quality is depressing: every time it gets worse and worse.
I have now placed an order in which one of the dishes was "Borscht in Ukrainian". There is only one name from borscht. Instead of meat, the soup contains minced pork with a nasty smell. I will not order this position again in my life and I do not advise others.
Also, the sandwich with mozzarella and chicken stank of rotten meat and there was a HUGE amount of mayonnaise (in general, the proportion of mayonnaise to the sandwich is not proportional).
I was very disappointed in your service.
