The bus on the Minsk - Moscow route was clean, arrived exactly on schedule. The drivers were polite and careful. The only thing was, it was a little hot at the end of the bus (with 40 rows). So if possible, choose seats at the beginning of the salon. On the downside , there was no water or tea on the bus . There were 3 sanitary stops where you can buy all this. But it took up extra time .

A good carrier. But the prices are too high, allegedly because of the service on the trip, but in fact this service almost does not work. Should I make coffee or tea in a shaking transport? Few people use this service. Thanks for the monitors on some buses, not thanks for the fickle Wi-Fi. Otherwise, it is no worse or better than driving on the same Minsktrans.

The first time I traveled with this carrier on the route Moscow-Minsk.A very comfortable bus,toilet,free tea and coffee, Wi-Fi, everyone had their own tablet, you could watch movies or play, polite stewart Eugene.The drivers were very careful in driving.The only thing that bothered and it is unclear for what reasons, is the transfer from bus to bus.But of course they warned about this right away, but here's one minus.

We were on a flight from Moscow to Minsk. The buses are comfortable, there is a coffee machine, toilet sockets on each seat, Wi-Fi. The drivers know their business. We passed the border very quickly. We arrived at our destination 2 hours earlier than the stated time.

I bought tickets on the Belarusian carrier's website from Tallinn to Minsk. The trip was refused due to the lack of a PCR test. The information on the site about this is hidden so that not everyone will find it. There is a warning posted on the main page of the Estonian website. A week before the trip, I consulted with the operator. They said that everything is without problems. There is no limit to the indignation. I will sue! I specially took a screenshot of the screen on the Estonian website and on the Belarusian one.

I do not recommend buying tickets in this branch, because when buying they did not even say that the seats would be with tables and not folding, to go in transit all this time. I would have bought a ticket the next day. Very angry. So you can buy tickets on the way, it would be better to buy them online later, at least they "say" what places!!!

I have been, bought and used the services of this company...negative emotions both times.. For the first time, on the trip back from Prague to Minsk, I was not on the lists... it's good that another bus arrived and I was picked up.. The second time when traveling from Minsk to Prague, I was not on the boarding lists, I had to wait for the next flight through their fault... After that, I no longer use their services and do not pay for pipes in the future.
