The bed and towels are clean, the staff is polite, breakfast is included in the price.

Excellent location - any attractions within walking distance, good staff, parking, own restaurant - very tasty cuisine.

A great hotel, very cozy and the location is convenient. A good breakfast. When I booked through booking, there were only standard rooms with separate beds, I needed 2 rooms - one for children. On the day of check-in, while driving, the hotel called and offered to replace one room with a room with one large bed. In fact, when we arrived, it turned out that this suite was free of charge))

Quite a nice hotel. The only thing, as for me, is that the pillows are too hard and uncomfortable. The hotel has a terrace. You can have dinner with live music. Also, you need to turn on the cleaning button on the control panel in the room, otherwise they will not clean.

After a long search and seeking the help of a local friend, we found an institution where alcohol is served and you can eat barbecue. As he said, there are no other decent places where you can drink alcohol. The barbecue and beer were so-so, but the fried eggplant was very tasty.
We noticed one such fact. When calling a taxi through the Yandex application, a little more than 400 tenge will be displayed, but in fact about 1200 tenge was written off. The distance was not great

Bad luck if you have a bunch of bags and if they are heavy, a bunch of steps to the reception, there is no elevator, there is no one to help.
You can't get enough sleep here. Neighbors can be heard through the cardboard wall. There's a banquet on top, galloping like horses. You can hear people walking in the corridor, the feeling that there is no door, you are sleeping, and people are walking past you talking. As for cleanliness, I decided to fix the sheet, and my underpants fell out from under the mattress. It was a super cleaning after the previous guest.
At the same time, the cold will wake you up, since the staff did not warn you that you need to turn everything on and configure yourself.
To get to breakfast (for the first time), you first need to find the staff, then understand that they explained where it is. Next, in the cold, you need to go through the courtyard in white slippers, in the rain, go through a quest called (how not to stretch out on concrete) to the next building. Breakfasts are not a fountain. I was upset that there was no natural coffee in the morning, as in other self-respecting hotels.
Well, this is not the worst hotel I've stayed in. In principle, I recommend it.
