After I cried and asked to do it sooner (I had to do it before 10:00 for the funeral service, which I reported, and this is the only center in the city that works from 09:00), I said that if I continue to talk like this, then I will pick up after 10:00.
I communicated directly with the photographer, the girl said how long the retouching would take and how long it would take.
I don't understand where the management is looking if such personnel are still being held for some reason.
Don't set foot in here anymore.

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this photo center! It's just a disgusting place! We arrived right after work 25 minutes before closing time to take a photo for a visa. We chose this particular point, because it is the only one in the city that works until 20.00. Having gone up to the floor and entered the right office, they found no one. We "shouted" and saw Madame leisurely peeking around the corner, who disdainfully asked what we actually needed. When requesting a photo service for a visa, it was said: "You'll pick up the photo tomorrow!" To our perplexity, about what prevents her from immediately printing a photo, she scornfully retorted: "I should have slept less! I have already folded all the equipment." Of course, I understand everything, but working hours are working hours and as a client I should not be interested in what you put there if the office is open and there is a list of existing services. I also consider such a boorish tone of communication with a consumer of services absolutely unacceptable! I ask the management to conduct training for their staff on sales techniques and on the rules of communication with the client! And if it was the head of the photo center, then sign up for these courses yourself.
