If it were possible to leave fewer stars to this institution, I would certainly do it, but not for the work of the masters, unfortunately, I could not reach them. An unfriendly girl answered the phone call from the Yandex.Maps card, who, when asked: "Is it possible to come to them only for styling?", replied that they had everything on a first-come, first-served basis, leaving my question unanswered.
And when asked if there was a queue now, she irritably stated that she did not know, because she was in another place altogether.
After my recommendation to work better with clients and inform them, as well as with the reviews of the latter, the young lady in an unrestrained manner recommended me to contact another hairdresser and hung up.
As they say: "Draw conclusions, ladies and gentlemen!"
It is a pity that at the administrator level, the opinion about the whole institution is falling sharply. There can be only one advice to managers here: "Train your staff!"
