The staff are all very pleasant and polite, both administrators and coaches, the halls are good, but in winter it is really very cold and the locker rooms are uncomfortable, there is little space, a lot of people leave things right there, because of this it is impossible to sit down even if there are no people.
And the problem with age in groups is also felt, I would like some restrictions so that there are people of about the same age in groups. Not only does this generally create a different atmosphere in the group, but children also often slow down the learning process with some of their sneaks or, conversely, with "very interesting" stories.
Also, I personally don't understand why, if I paid for 8 classes with a particular coach, but missed a workout, I can't get to one class? It's my money.
I remember taking a subscription, it ended on Sunday, and training was Mon/Fri, I attended 7 classes a month, missed one, asked if I could still come this Monday to pay for the old subscription, as at school they asked me for a certificate about why I didn't come to training ... for me this is strange :(

On the plus side: there are many directions, teachers dance well, friendly admins. They are trying to create warmth with heating guns and conduits in winter, coffee and tea, a bunch of changing rooms, a clean toilet. Not bad halls.
Something that I don't really like:
it's cold there anyway,
there's no subscription for 4 or 5 classes. Unfortunately, of course, this is a school for youngsters)) There's something like 16+ in almost all directions. There are no groups where, well, at least from 25 + it started, so as not to listen to the whining of youngsters, only high hills, probably, there are older girls there.
And, of course, the conveyor :), there's nothing you can do about it. Therefore, there is no lamp or friendly atmosphere. Came and went. What was, what wasn't. Sometimes it feels like you're in school. You don't get any kind of charge of energy or a positive charge. Alas.
The videos of the students on the selections are not removed after each training session so that you can see the progress. Putting a mobile phone against the wall is not an option. For children and teenagers, the atmosphere is, of course, OK, but for more adults....well...such....

Positive:
- A very, very strong staff of teachers. I want to go to everyone, but alas, time and money are not enough))
- Many destinations and a convenient schedule (I work until 18, so it was important to find interesting groups at 19-20 pm);
- Not far from the metro
- A personal account where you can keep track of the rest of the classes in the subscription
- There are lockers with keys
- Beautiful halls and lighting
- Friendly administrators (including online admins)
- Nice toilets, hehe :)
- Various kinds of activities and classes
Disadvantages (subjective):
- Thermoregulation (cold in winter, stuffy in summer, but not in all halls)
- There are sooo many people in the locker rooms
- About the feeling of a "conveyor belt" – that's right. He came, danced, left. Even if he died, no one will notice, sorry for the black humor))
- "Most of the students are teenagers and very young girls" is also true. When you're about 30 or more, it's already uncomfortable.
- There is no unlimited limit (conditionally, you pay 400 rubles and go to any groups)
