The hotel is very good, meets the assigned 4* category.
I will tell you about the pros and cons in more detail:
+ The location is excellent - line 2, across the street Limanaki beach (Pantahu), 15 minutes by car to Kavo Greco.
+ Developed infrastructure - in the immediate vicinity of shops, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, bars, hookah bars.
+ Own free parking.
+ The hotel is fresh, modern, the rooms are spacious and cozy.
+ Large outdoor swimming pool.
- The breakfasts are monotonous, the buffet, but the content does not change at all, everything is the same every day.
- The service is peculiar - the guys at the reception are unfriendly (or we were so unlucky), slow, do not smile - there is a feeling that they are not too happy with the guests.
- Antediluvian organization of processes - it seems that standard hotel programs like Opera are not implemented here, nothing is beaten to the room - everything is written down in a notebook. If you want a beach towel, you need to make a deposit, when you replace it, they return the deposit, then take it again and give you a new towel; to take an iron to the room, you also need to come at the reception, pay the deposit, return the iron immediately after using it, they will give you the deposit and so on every time you need to iron things. It is impossible to take an iron on deposit for the entire stay, the hotel does not have such a number of irons. In general, you get a little into the last century.
- The quality of cleaning is poor, dust from surfaces / mirrors is not wiped, the floor is not washed or washed very rarely, dishes (for example wine glasses) are simply ignored. The essence of cleaning comes down to making the bed and, perhaps, vacuuming, but this is not accurate, since the floor cannot be called clean.
One day, they just slipped a note under our door saying that there would be no cleaning today. In general, there are problems with cleaning at the hotel.
To summarize: I liked the hotel more because of the location, modern and spacious rooms and the availability of parking.
If you take a car like we do and don't stay there forever, then this is quite a decent option.

EXCELLENT ELEANA 4 HOTEL* TO AYIA NAPA!
We had a rest in September 2021 at this hotel. I liked everything!!! Excellent All-inclusive meals, good drinks, desserts, pastries, salads, fruits. You won't stay hungry, definitely. The staff is very pleasant and polite. The rooms are clean, cozy, stylish, with good sound insulation. There is air conditioning, a safe, a kettle, a clothes dryer on the balcony, a TV with Russian channels, fast wi-fi Internet and all this is free. There are no bathrobes and slippers. The rooms are cleaned with high quality, daily. Towels were changed every day. Bed linen seems to be in 2 days. There is a large swimming pool and a pool bar where Georgey, the bartender, made a pinacolada cocktail from the bottom of his heart. Of the cons: no animation, no at all and paid pancake scales for luggage in front of the airport. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is great, the sand. The Bridge of lovers is nearby, very beautiful. The hotel is a little far from the center of Ayia Napa, but for us it was a plus, after another delicious dinner we went for a walk to the center. A wonderful hotel. The case when the picture is good, but I arrived and was even more pleased. The cuisine is excellent, the dishes change regularly. The view from the top floors is beautiful! And all rooms have a view of the pool. Convenient parking to park rented vehicles. Only positive emotions. Many hotels above the level will be worse in practice, as they visited several other neighboring ones upon arrival.

I liked everything at the hotel.
Cozy rooms with everything you need.
The rooms are cleaned every day if necessary.
I really liked the pool with sun beds going into the water.
Delicious, varied dinners. The breakfasts are monotonous, but quite good
500 meters from the beach, a pier with yachts (if you want a tour along the coast).
There are a couple of cheap shops near the hotel (compared prices with many shops in the city center)
Nearby you can rent bugs, an ATV or a car for trips to the sights.

Great location. Great and varied cuisine. The buffet staff is wonderful. The rooms are cozy. But... We changed the room twice upon check-in, as we could not find a clean one. The receptionist is a tortured girl who wants to go on vacation herself. The lack of laundry for personal purposes is also a disadvantage. Overall a good hotel. It will be comfortable with and without children. The pool and the area with sun beds are excellent.

A pleasant hotel, especially out of season, a large territory, orange trees, a petting zoo, several swimming pools, overall very cool. Pleasant and clean rooms, beautiful central lobby, friendly reception. The food is mostly delicious, but the burgers at the pool bar are full of slag)) The rest is cool, I recommend it.

Fresh renovation, hair dryer in the room, Wi-Fi, cleaning every day, clean, interesting lighting, a euro fork, a beach towel, enough soap and toilet paper, a great sandy beach nearby, the food is typical, and the dinner is varied, meat, fish, but drinks are paid. There is not enough water in the room, but shops are nearby, water prices are reasonable. There is a bus stop nearby. There is a good cafe opposite. Restaurants are within walking distance.

We had a rest in August 2021. What I liked: proximity to the sea, the center, shops, renovated, good sound insulation. Of the minuses: the monotony of breakfast, on the 6th day I got tired of it, Fruits are mostly wooden, it is not possible to eat.
The bed linen has not been changed once, in the rooms, if there are cups, there are no saucers, i.e. there is simply nothing to cut the fruit on.
I would not have chosen this hotel a second time.

Good 4! We always rested on the first line and I did not see any particular inconvenience, it took 10 minutes to walk to the sea, we took a taxi to Nissi. They cleaned every day, everything was clean, but there was not enough shower kit. There is a tea set in the room. Breakfasts and dinners are quite good for me. Internet throughout the hotel, even in the nearby cafes and shops, is a good welcome.

Girls, take hair moisturizers with you, because in this hotel the hair dryer works either on a very hot mode or on a cool one, you don't want to waste time on a long hair dryer, so you turn on the hot one and kill the hair to zero 😃

The tour operator called 5 * actually not so. 4* you can agree. Well, because of unjustified expectations. I got a little upset.
In general, everything was great during the rest, as for the place and food, the desire to go to Cyprus again did not discourage.
But I definitely won't go from the Anex tour operator anymore.
Negative emotions are only related to the tour operator. A scam....

We were in September. Excellent comfortable air and water temperature.
We were brought to the hotel around 10:00, they didn't check in, there are rules, there's nothing you can do.
We left our suitcases at the reception, changed our clothes in the toilet and went to the beach.
1) beach towels and plug adapter - secured (I don't remember the cost anymore);
2) the room is excellent, cleaned daily except Sundays. Towels were changed 1 time in 3 days: 4 large ones, 2 for hands, 1 for feet). A bottle of water is a one-time bonus from the hotel. There are many Russian channels. Hair dryer, safe, refrigerator, dryer on the balcony;
3) it is better to buy water, food and other things at the PLUS supermarket (you leave the hotel and go to the right) because this is a network and prices, respectively, are not focused on tourists. It's better to go to the center for a souvenir. The center is a 15-minute walk away;
4) on the beach, it is better to sit to the left of the main entrance. We walked between the Grecian Bay and Melisi Beach hotels under a tree in the shade, there is an excellent entrance to the sea, there are fewer people, you can rinse in the shower with fresh water on site =))
5) the food is great (I'll say in general about breakfast and dinner): fish, pork, beef, chicken, different pasta every day, sausages, sliced (cheese/meat), fruits, desserts, salads (both ready-made and prefabricated), 3-4 side dishes, pizza, seafood... I don't understand people who write that the food is scarce.. But there are still those who carry mountains of food and plates to the table and practically eat nothing. Alcohol at dinner is wildly expensive, it is wound up 3-4 times. We calmly took water with us for dinner, no one said anything;
6) near the hotel there is an aqueduct, Bridge of lovers, sculpture park, Cape Greco (you can get there by bus - I don't remember the numbers anymore, check with the guide or at the reception);
7) insanely cool aqua park, the end of the bus (I don't remember the number, check with the guide or at the reception);
8) having tried all the beaches, I declare that the coolest is Makronissos (they all drown for Nissi, well, you can roll down, we went, I was not impressed). If you go to the right on Makronisos, facing the sea, and climb behind the rocks, then you will see a quiet lagoon with blue water, where there are practically no people, and if there are, then everyone is calm, with children, sitting quietly on the shore. There are also the tombs of Makronisos. Nothing special, but it's interesting to look at!!
Well, about the bad.. (this does not apply to the hotel)
The guide gathered us and started selling excursions (well, as usual).
We took a boat trip "Odyssey" and Northern Cyprus.
1) Odyssey - there were a lot of claims, as a result, we bought 2 times in the "blue" lagoon, looked at the sunken ship (the guide says that masks and tubes are given out, in fact - a deposit of 20 euros, masks and tubes are not given for free, we looked at the sunken ship in NO way). They promised to show Famagusta from the water. Bottom line: we barely saw her in the distance... Throughout the tour, the guide constantly talks into the microphone.. In 2 languages, it's HELL!! Constantly!!! He said that wine would be served soon, and there was a queue of those who wanted to. Barbecue was constantly fried on the lower deck, soot rose to the upper deck and smoke was absolutely everywhere.
2) Northern Cyprus - at first everything was fine, but in the end they practically abandoned us saying, this is over there, that's over there, you can eat here, you have free time, walk, please.
3) the guide sells vouchers for fish meze at the Vassos restaurant - DO NOT TAKE IT IN ANY CASE, it's better to find something in the center that you like. At the meeting, the guide declares that with this voucher there will be a bottle of wine as a gift, in fact a glass of 80-100 grams of wine... The fish meze is disgusting. They brought us seafood (not fried or battered) at the end, but they were in a terrible sauce that spoiled everything. At the very beginning, our native steers in batter and some fish were served..It's bitter and not tasty. We were very upset. They paid a lot of money for a non-existent meze.
Then we went to the Evinos restaurant exclusively for seafood. I recommend it! Huge portions. Everything is worth the money there.
My husband and I came to the conclusion that the excursions were a little ill-conceived and unfinished to the end.
As a result, we traveled around everything we wanted on public transport.
The hotel is wonderful!

A wonderful 4* hotel, friendly staff, good service, cleaning was almost every day (when there was no cleaning, they left us a box of sweets and a note with apologies), breakfasts are monotonous, but very tasty and nutritious, dinners are above all praise (pork, beef, chicken, shrimp, turkey, duck and for me as a supporter of PP is a big plus-the availability of steamed vegetables), there is a gym, a good swimming pool, the hotel is located within walking distance from the street of bars. In turn, I would like to thank the Russian-speaking girl Lyudmila from the reception for her help with any questions. Among the disadvantages: an elevator and lighting in the bathroom, and poor sound insulation. But the advantages of the hotel outweigh its disadvantages, so I definitely recommend this hotel to visit!

The pool was originally made for rooms on the 0th floor. The numbering of the floors is really strange. Stupid towel rental system. In general, I recommend a good hotel, close to the city center. There are two different hotels in the photo. We were in that two-story building. We liked everything. Instead of the expected one-room suite, there were two large rooms with a separate entrance and a balcony. One bedroom, the second - a large living room with two sofas, if desired, it was possible to accommodate six people quietly. But this is not about that multi-storey building where there are exercise machines and a Jacuzzi.
