We only lost time. Employees are not interested in selling the product. We found out on the phone about the availability of the pipe, the girl replied that the footage we were interested in was available. Upon arrival, it turned out that it might not be as much as we need or will be, but in 2 parts, and even because of the low t (it was November), the pipe did not bend, it is difficult to fold it and it is difficult to calculate the footage from the remnants. We agreed the next day that we would arrive, and in the morning they would warm it up in the store and measure it out. As a result, in the morning there were other staff who were not aware of our "order". We bought a pipe at another store... We just lost time
