I have heard a lot of laudatory reviews about the institution, so we gathered together and came from another city on Saturday. We have reserved a table in the common room. Tables for 6 people are designed. At 21:00, only 2 tables were sitting, mostly people approach 23. We liked the music, the DJ was working, which pleased us, and the songs were not included from YouTube. Food and alcohol are delicious and inexpensive. Pizza and pad thai are delicious. Poke - fresh tuna, but a serving of 280g. People danced and rested, without rowdiness, because security worked and monitored the safety of the guests. We also want to visit karaoke.
And, by the way, it should also be noted that the toilets are clean and pleasantly smelling, it is clear that they keep order.

The service was terrible, they ordered a table for the evening, the tables were terribly dirty and sticky, they wiped themselves with wet wipes, the waiters came up at most 3 times in the interval from 19.00 to 01.00 all the time they had to go to the bar themselves…
We ordered one of the most expensive wines on the menu, it tasted like some kind of dampness, it's unclear how and where it was stored…
The administrator is incompetent, they ordered one salad, in fact they brought another, and the administrator made us wrong, and proved that this was the salad that we ordered, but we saw the difference from the menu, and when the receipt was brought, we still realized that we were right, but the administrator stood her ground…
Of course, I understand that there is one entertainment venue in the city, but at least the minimum level in which guests can feel comfortable can be maintained…

Приезжали компанией в Новолукомль, два раза пришлось заходить в это заведение. В первый день мы ждали пиццу полтора часа по времени, не дождались и ушли без нее.
Обслуживание хромает: официанты не подходят, приходится их постоянно дергать, большая часть из них ходит с недовольными лицами (у нас 2 дня была официант Виктория, с ней были постоянные проблемы: то забыла принести сахар, то разбила тарелку с едой прям перед нашим столом, то приходилось ее очень долго ждать. Кинула счёт на стол, в то время, как мы ещё ели, сказала:" рассчитайте, кто сколько должен", первый чек посчитала неправильно, потом сказала, что остальные два надо идти закрывать на бар). Очень жаль, что такие проблемы с обслуживанием, ведь кухня довольно вкусная, по еде не было никаких проблем.

The pokes are delicious, but the rolls are not worth the money. 50 rubles per set and bring tiny rolls. You can order delicious sets in Chashniki for that kind of money. Moreover, they used to have great sushi of their own, but now they are decreasing and decreasing, and the price is still the same.....

Although in Minsk you can play the same air hockey for 2 rubles, here it is 3.5 rubles. The service is appropriately the same as the food. You can't wait for the waiter, but as soon as he comes, he'll forget something later. Today we made an order, asked for bread - it was never brought... we wanted to feed the child - there is nothing adequate. Although the institution is for children as well. There are no standard dishes like a puree with a chicken cutlet, something simpler that a small child will eat. It is clear that this is one large institution in this city, but for those prices you can make a better service. Moreover, it does not require investments, but only needs to work on the staff.

The orange juice was served spoiled, the waiter needs to be caught (he appears at best once an hour and ignores the guests), the bill was carried for more than half an hour with minimal loading of the establishment (it was probably more interesting for the waiters to smoke on the couch on the ground floor)

We were passing through with our family, we decided to have lunch at this place. On the threshold, we immediately saw a waitress girl who met us with the most displeased face, as if all the hardships of her mortal life were precisely because of us. The order was accepted through gritted teeth. The tables are dirty. We ordered a barbecue, apparently a semi-finished product, because it is cold and hard like an old shoemaker's shoe. The meat in a warm salad is exactly the same. Pepperoni is disgusting, the sausage is rubbery. The child ordered a caesar that she forgot to write down. When they did bring it, the meat was not edible, the crackers were burnt, the salad was bitter, for the first time in their lives they refused the dish. Moreover, it is completely unclear how, for such a price, it can be so disgusting? I don't know who can praise this place. Our children are now suffering from sick stomachs, apparently they will have to write a complaint to higher authorities, asking them to check the quality of the products used.
