Recently I wanted to buy a dryer. I came to the store, looked at the car myself, on the website. A consultant came up and said that the machine was bad and it was necessary to issue an additional guarantee for it. I refused. Usually, I agree to what the sellers offer, because I understand that this is their plan, but I'm not sorry. And I would agree here if they explained the pros and benefits to me, and did not call the product I want to buy shit. My intention to buy the product has not disappeared yet.
We went to the girls who make installments, the consultant brought a check (a white sheet with the amount of registration), in which the amount of this additional guarantee was calculated. I asked to do it without additional guarantee. Next, we make a request to the bank, the consultant comes running and says: you will not even have an ordinary warranty if the installation is not done by our master. (please note that to install it is to plug it into an outlet). I say: we will install it in March. He answers: within 6 months it is possible and brings me a receipt for the installation. For equipment not yet purchased)))
Fortunately, I was refused an installment plan). As a result, I bought it in another store, without rudeness, imposing unnecessary services and unqualified specialists. (I mean the consultant. I do not write his name for moral reasons).
