I liked the store and the staff. Everyone was very polite and courteous. I bought Sony 520 wireless headphones. The fact is that we came to the store half an hour before the end of the work of a representative of VTB bank, to whom we needed to get and find out about the installment plan. And the girl (I don't remember her name, unfortunately) kindly agreed to make an application, despite the fact that there was a little time left before the store closed. The manager who served us, Vladislav Sinyavsky, calmly and non-intrusively carried out the purchase. At one time, some nuances arose, but the excellent deputy head of the store, Marina Leonidovna, helped to settle everything. It is very pleasant, so I express my gratitude to Marina Leonidovna and Vladislav.
We are very grateful to the employees for their kindness and good mood. I really appreciate the customer orientation of the staff. Overall, the atmosphere in the store was welcoming and pleasant. Therefore, YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO BUY AN ADDITIONAL two-year or three-year WARRANTY.. When I buy a fan, they tell me that the fan IS UNRELIABLE, BUY AN ADDITIONAL WARRANTY. When I buy a vacuum cleaner - this particular brand is UNRELIABLE, BUY AN ADDITIONAL WARRANTY.. Today I'm buying an aerogrill, the most expensive model presented.. Again, literally: - CHEAP CHINA, UNRELIABLE, BUY AN ADDITIONAL GUARANTEE... The seller starts an inappropriate discussion almost on the topic "how much is roofing material in Odessa"... So maybe your sellers are UNRELIABLE? I will not teach the store how to make a profit, but from this constant imposition of an additional guarantee, and how it is done, it is both funny and sad at the same time... I do not want to contact such sellers for advice. From my experience, most often the salesperson in the department knows little about the different product models and their characteristics. It is easier to read about several models on the Internet, study the issue yourself, and then go to buy goods in an Electric car.
