I'm the kind of person who doesn't like shopping... But after coming here, I didn't want to leave anymore! The sellers are very friendly, and most importantly, they are well-versed in the knowledge of the characteristics of the product! I went to get a banal hairdryer for my beloved, but I also left with a vacuum cleaner and an iron! And all this with cool discounts! They showed me, told me, and even taught me somewhere! We took a laptop to a student with an extended warranty. The sales consultants assured that this guarantee could be applied for any breakdown. In the summer, the child filled in the buttons. It was given under an extended warranty. The buttons were changed more than twice (!!!!) months, and they were sent again, since the service did not fix the problem. Now the laptop won't turn on, they brought it to the store, and they told us that the warranty can no longer be used, because it has already been used. Where have your consultants been before????? Why didn't anyone explain???? Moreover, the usual guarantee cannot be used, since we have already used the extended one. As I understand it, the extended warranty is a SCAM. Having visited this store in the hope of finding the necessary product, I was extremely dissatisfied with the communication of the staff between each other. Where is the collegiality? Why are the consultants/administrators or what kind of hierarchy here yelling at the whole store at each other, making such a face, saying, "what have you dug up?", especially a gorgeous blonde girl sitting at the checkout/checkout counter.
they rudely respond to visitors if they are interested in the product, in a negative tone they comment on the buyer's conclusions about the product, allegedly you do not understand.
I would like senior employees to understand what position they hold and behave accordingly, and not putting on a suit, they think that they have already achieved everything.
I give 3 stars, because we have not been able to adequately talk to the staff.
