Today I decided to buy a monitor in this wonderful store. I chose almost the most budget-friendly one that was there, because I don't really need quality for work. I turned to a consultant for help with the choice and advice (unfortunately, I do not know what my name is, the badge was not visible under my clothes), he did not tell me anything meaningful and useful, I had to pry everything out, it was clear that the person was tired, did not bother. When it came to making installments, it turned out that an extended warranty was used for payment, which no one told me anything about. I found out about it only when I was given the documents to show how much I need to pay per month. To say that I was surprised is to say nothing. Naturally, I asked why I needed an extended warranty for three years on the monitor, to which the girl who issued the documents sent me back to this consultant, it turned out that the warranty is issued at the request of the buyer. The result: the monitor that they have on the stock costs 499 rubles. with installments and this guarantee comes out about 650 rubles. Of course, I did not take it for such a sum.
