Today we purchased a robot vacuum cleaner in a store in Mogilev, Stroiteley str., 33. The consultants could not turn on the vacuum cleaner, waited 30 minutes for it to charge, but after that it still did not turn on, they explained that it was in a glukob discharge. As a result, upon arrival home, after examining the vacuum cleaner, we saw that they did not even turn it on, there is a toggle switch on the bottom. Dear consultants, instead of imposing on customers the product that you need to sell, it is better to study the technical characteristics of the product.

Hello, today we were at the Electrosila store on Stroiteley str., 33 and were unpleasantly surprised (this had not been noticed before)….we absolutely did not see the work of consultants with customers. Instead, they stood in a "pile" and discussed something (obviously not working moments). After walking for a while and realizing that the sellers were not interested in sales, we went out and went to your competitor in the 5th element and bought a product from them (a combined gas stove). I ask the management to pay attention to this, if, of course, you are interested in sales.
