The store is next to the factory, but either there is such an assortment at the factory, or not everything relevant is hanging, but it is impossible to find what you like.I had to place an order through an online site, as it is not possible to find the same things in the store. The joke is that when asked about the delivery of things to this store for pickup, ATTENTION, delivery is 7 rubles for 1 thing (I had 5!!!).At the same time, when delivering home, the address of this particular store was on the delivery receipt of the online store!What should I call it?!When EXCHANGING goods, I was convinced that the goods can only be handed over and bought a new one. But!I pay with a card, which means that the refund to the card will take 7 days and I have to take out my extra money again and pay for the actual exchange of the goods! This is illegal, the STD law says about the possibility of an exchange!!!!I had to look for a compromise (cash was returned and I paid with it). However, the same problem with the exchange of goods in all other stores with a link to a computer, they say. the program and bookkeeping. But these are EXCUSES!!!
