The consultants clearly came from the most expensive and most closed store of the most luxurious brand. Otherwise, it is impossible to explain the attitude and your type of communication.
There is no knowledge of the product, elementary, I was offered to read all the questions on the website, even about the length of the coat, they answered me loudly that all coats are the same length, look at the hangers for yourself. Elema started making beautiful clothes while maintaining quality, but with this, sellers seem to go hand in hand, scaring away customers. I bought a coat from another place, the same quality, more expensive, but I was satisfied with the purchase. Thank you.

Sales "consultants" are always dissatisfied with customers, discussing some with other customers, and expressing their dissatisfaction with the fact that they have to do their job, and not just be there. And it happened repeatedly. Nothing has changed for years. After checking with the seller if there was a black coat, she was directed with a gesture in the appropriate direction, then came to her senses and showed it. Maybe they should be sent to courses on how to behave and work.

I bought a burgundy down jacket, the price tag was 634. As a result, I paid 470 at the checkout - I didn't understand anything, I didn't see information about discounts anywhere, but it was nice. The staff is polite and do not get into the soul without a request like "how can I help you?", "maybe you are looking for something specifically?", brrr, as it is annoying in other stores.

There are no advantages at all. The quality of things is disgusting. The models are outdated. Sellers are not interested in working at all, they look at buyers as an enemy (after all, they will have to work). There is little space in the store, but there is a lot of goods. The crowding of things is off the scale, there are few mirrors, there is simply nowhere to hang your things. I got the impression that I visited a wholesale warehouse.
