I ordered a Christmas tree, waited a week, they sent a white one by mistake, refused to take a white one, they said they would send a green one. I waited another week. I called, it turned out that they had forgotten about my order at all, they said there were problems with Christmas trees, there were no such ones available. As a result, I waited for more than 2 weeks in vain.
