"I GIVE THE BLESSING" is the name of this hotel.
We liked it! Newly renovated,clean and bright rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, large bathroom with window, good Wi-FI , beautiful view from the window, on-site Parking for cars near the beach, dining room and shops (behind the hotel). The sea is across the street. Friendly staff, THANK YOU!
We plan to come here again.

Now it's called the Blessing of Giving. The room was on the ground floor. Noise insulation is 0, you can hear doors slamming, guests walking, the noise of the washing machine. The room is smelly. The towels are smelly, the furniture is old. For 4000, just about nothing. Of the advantages - conder, WiFi. I wouldn't check in again.

Good morning! We stayed with my husband at this hotel. The service is zero. Upon arrival, they do not immediately instill, you wait for 2-3 hours in the heat when they clean the rooms. They moved into the room, gave only towels for the face, no towels for the body. And they gave it smelly. Everything in the bathroom is broken. The room was not cleaned more than once after check-in. The towels were not changed. The garbage is not cleaned, the tourists themselves must clean up. They have not had time to rest yet, they begin to impose their excursions. There is no TV in the room. Of the advantages, only air conditioning and a refrigerator. The lights are constantly turned off. The eviction starts in the morning. I had a rest in many hotels in Russia, everything was at the highest level, but here it's a complete mess. When asked why the room is not cleaned, I was told that these rooms are budget, we do not clean them. 3000 thousand for a room, is it called a budget room???? I do not recommend this hotel. Complete unsanitary conditions

And yes, now the hotel is called thank you, all the disadvantages were revealed while living in the room

We have been vacationing with a child since 06/16/2019, one of the advantages is the friendly staff, namely Arkady and Arina. Excellent location, sea in five minutes, wide beach, not crowded, cafes at every step.this is the end of the advantages!!!
About the hotel itself: the rooms are very damp, the carpet on the floor does not have time to dry, the bed linen is changed in the rooms, but the floors have not been washed for all 8 days, there is no kettle in the rooms, and if you ask the staff for boiling water, they will not give you. The kitchen worked for 2 days, closed after cooking borscht with RICE!!!!!!! You are not allowed to cook by yourself.Mirrors, toilets, and sockets are broken in many rooms. It's good that there are no problems with air conditioning.The Internet!!!!The Internet catches only at the reception, and on the street, it DOES NOT CATCH in the rooms!!!The network is overloaded in the evening!!! So you can use wi-fi only in the morning and afternoon without any problems. There is no entertainment for children!! And in the evening, adults can only sit at a table ...
If you close your eyes to all the disadvantages!!!!, then the place itself is amazing: palm trees, really beryuzov sea, clean beach, calm.

We lived in this "place" for a week, during this week there was not a single cleaning or change of towels.
This pit overshadowed the whole vacation.Imagine, go into the room, and there: the curtains are torn, on which someone was hanging, so they can only cover half of the window, brown spots on the bed linen, the bathroom door does not close, water drips from the air conditioner directly onto the outlet. Contacting the administration, we received an answer that the money for accommodation would not be returned to us and nothing would be repaired.

The room stinks unpleasantly (we were tired from the road and did not immediately notice). When the sofa was laid out, it turned out that the concrete was pouring. There was no cleaning in 5 days. The towels and the trash can in the toilet were changed, but the floors were not washed. They didn't give me a clothes dryer, so I had to buy a rope and pull it on the balcony. The key must be handed over when leaving. And a busy road under the windows. I didn't like it.
