There is no need to punish anyone. All people are not sinless. Cashiers of pensioners, of course, do not like, they have been convinced repeatedly and even heard the same from neighbors. I try to visit as little as possible to stay calm. Queues are also not uncommon, but you can go a little further and without such problems, the neighbors are the choir store and Euroopt, so the cashiers have fewer customers, they will take a break from them. And the management is most likely normal, they are interested in their business, it's real.

Good evening, I'm faced with an unpleasant situation. On the evening of 25.11, I went grocery shopping with a friend and did not leave a bag with purchases from another store in the storage room. We punched through the product at the self-service checkout. For unknown reasons, the cashier was shown that the product did not break through, she began to check. After making sure that everything was in order, the cashier Savitskaya Svetlana Anatolyevna expressed in an unpleasant tone that we did not comply with the rules of trade due to the fact that we did not put the package in the box and said that now, BECAUSE of US, everything needs to be rechecked by cameras. When I asked where I could get acquainted with these rules, there was no response. Without permission, she began to inspect the contents of my package, to which I told them not to climb the packages, but to watch the cameras. Further, the cashier joked, laughed and discussed this situation in a negative way with other customers. When the cameras looked through and made sure that we didn't take anything, they didn't even apologize to us, and in the same negative tone they said that we were free. Please have a preventive conversation with an employee!
