In Astana, the answering machine warns in advance that you will not be answered by phone, due to the large volume of work and this is correct, there is nothing to distract employees from work, there is mail for all questions. I wrote my question to the embassy's post office, and in a reply letter the employee asked for my phone number. After sending the number, they called me back and solved all my questions. For further questions by mail, they immediately called me back to resolve everything. Everything is learned in comparison, and in Kazakhstan the sphere of public services works much faster, more convenient and cooler than in Russia. For example, let's take a certificate of non-conviction. You can order it in Russia through public services and get it in 3-4 weeks, in Kazakhstan you order this certificate on the Egov website and it is ready in 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES, CARL 😃😎
