I used this mail twice. The first time I did not understand that it is better to send with a car faster and cheaper. We paid $ 70 for the shipment of the jacket and were transported by air for 11 days. They were repackaged with scotch tape like in Chinese cargo and spoiled the appearance. A new one arrived from America, with an Emu. Uz is slightly battered, all in scotch tape.Prices are steeper than DHL service at the skirting board level. No information yet, you need to spend time and money to get through to them, the call center promises to resolve the issue, but does not call back anymore. Maybe they deliver parcels quickly in Uzbekistan, judging by the reviews, but my documents went abroad to Italy for almost a month to Russia for almost 2 weeks. Do not use this company!

The post office is worse than ever, I ordered delivery from them to Almalyk since others do not deliver there. At first they could not pick up the goods from me for several days, then they said that after the transfer of the goods the next day the customer would have it, but in fact, even on the 3rd day the parcel did not reach the customer. When I call their call center, calls are stupidly dropped from 2 numbers. I recommend their services only if you send yourself a parcel to receive in your old age and remember the old days, if of course it gets there.
P.S. later I talked to their office in Almalyk, I think all the adequate staff went there, because at least they don't put the phone down during the conversation and don't speak in such a tone as if I owe them something
