I had no idea what it might cost to contact this TC. The terminal-terminal parcel was transported from Yaroslavl to St. Petersburg for more than a week.
When she arrived, I couldn't pick her up anymore. The response of the support is shocking. It turns out that you can pick up a parcel only with a notarized power of attorney. They probably have a very bad idea how to work with parcels from online stores.

I have been using Energy services for 5 years now, not a single complaint. They are being transported quickly, on time, for reasonable money. I have not encountered fragile things, but all sorts of parts for the car are brought in one piece.
And it's also a good phone app.
