I sent a box with spare parts and personal belongings from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Belarus, made a crate from a board myself, made an inventory and put it inside, in addition to the fact that the crate was removed without my consent, they also forced me to pay, upon acceptance of the parcel, for some newly formed tax, okay, a trifle. The massage table was sent, it was packed in a factory case and wrapped up with a stretch film, in layers like 7, upon arrival, the table cover was torn, as if it had been cut with a knife, damage was found only at home. Well, for the third time, life has taught us to step on the same rake, we sent things, two huge bags (42 kg.), on arrival at home we took things apart, a pair of sneakers is missing, no matter how new and rather worn, but still counted on further use. Such a story, conclusions and decisions are still yours.

I ordered an anchor from Yekaterinburg, they promised to bring it in 2 weeks, they brought it in one week. Wow! The location is normal, for someone close, for someone far away. The girl served quickly, the goods were returned quickly, the cargo was not damaged. We carried 46 kg 2600 km for 88 rubles! I recommend it!

It is a pity that I did not read the reviews about this company in advance. There is no customer service from the word at all. Having previously phoned the operator at the phone number listed on the website of this company, I described what and where I want to send, the employee asked several times about the nature of the shipment (a power of attorney printed on plain paper in a printer, notarized) I explained several times what it was like, and finally got the consent for transportation. The operator also informed several possible delivery options, to the branch and to the address in the city of receipt, indicating the cost of services and delivery time. The next day, I arrived at the Energia branch at 25 Budslavskaya str., Minsk, to transfer the documents for delivery. The operator I contacted was diligently examining something on her monitor, after a few minutes of silent waiting, she nevertheless deigned to clarify what exactly I was going to send, asked to show the document itself (power of attorney) and with the words "I need to coordinate with the boss" went into the next room. Then again, a few minutes of waiting and the employee returns with the words we cannot accept this for delivery due to the fact that the document is allegedly a title document and belongs to the category of identity documents, bank securities and the like, and in general we may lose it during transportation. After that, I realized that "losing in the process of transportation" is a common thing for this "transport company", the norm. And the information I received from an employee on the phone the day before and the fact that I spent a lot of time getting to their office almost across the city is not an argument. I do not advise anyone to deal with TK Energia, already at the initial stage it is clear that there is no service, but there will be problems.

TK ENERGY was amazed by the speed of delivery. A parcel from Tolyatti to Minsk arrived twice as fast as a delivery from Veliky Novgorod to the same Minsk...and Energy is cheaper. It is possible/necessary to transfer huge parts of machines and mechanisms,

The most terrible transportation. We sent the cargo from Minsk on 05/20.24, asked for an invoice once a week, as a result, the cargo arrived in Ust-Kut on 06/11/14, and the invoice was issued on 06/19.24. And of course, paid storage (from 06/11/14 to 06/19.24) 17,000 was issued to the sender......

The service is terrible. Receptionists discuss their clients negatively. They are not qualified and are very rude in their work. They do not follow the chain of command. Even in winter, when you come to TK Energiya, the passage is not covered with sand, it is very slippery - I got to the parcel very carefully, without breaking any bones or the nailed parcel! I do not recommend it!!! By the way, the intern turned out to be very polite, smart and seems to be much more pleasant than all the other wasps!the only plus is the guys at the delivery warehouse, they are very polite, responsive and very cultured (They have a huge respect!)

A warehouse on the outskirts of Minsk with convenient access roads. Nothing superfluous. No pompous European repairs, no leggy managers... An office for paperwork is organized in a modern cabin, and a hangar with goods is right next to it.
In general, everything you need to send / receive goods. All the negativity is the price of transportation services and the accompanying packaging. Just business in Russian! I will try to refrain from their services in the future.

The current mess cannot be eradicated!
And the top of all is that the cargo from Moscow is not being transported for 2 days!!!!! weeks!!!

There is no queue.
The registration is fast.
Only trucks are probably not sent to the Russian Federation so often and the cargo may lie in a warehouse in Minsk for a long time before shipment. Sometimes even a week.
So it is better to send fast parcels by other means or find out when the next car will be from Minsk.

For a long time I chose between Energy and PEC, it's good that people who often use t/ c suggested what and how. I ordered an automatic transmission cargo from Vladivostok, it arrived to Minsk in 12 days. The whole thing was helped to load the cargo, or rather one loader, a hefty uncle, took a pallet, and loaded 104 kg of handles into the minibus. Thank him so much for that. All the registration and receipt of the cargo took 15 minutes. So don't listen to anyone, this is a company you can safely work with

I sent things from Siberia to Minsk, they came with a shortage. The box is opened, there is not enough weight. They fixed everything, promised to sort it out. It's hard to believe, it's already been like this. A very ugly company in terms of providing services. In general, I never trust them to transport goods anymore. You won't even get an apology from their management. Never ship cargo by this company.

But the location of the warehouse with the office is tin, in normal weather you can still walk, but if it rained or sleet, then take rubber boots with you. There is no asphalt, and the entrance to the office begins with a pallet, so as not to get too much into a puddle, the only bad thing is that there is one pallet, but you need to lay out a path from the very gate of them.
