I don't know why the organization has a low 4.1 rating on Yandex. In my opinion, everything is fine. Electronic queue, polite operators. Well, yes, the waiting room is small, but I was there in the hall for 3 people in total (maybe I was lucky). Well, they fill out the papers by hand, but I only signed them. In terms of time, the conclusion of a service agreement took at most 10 minutes.
Parking is a problem, but the staff is not to blame. As it is, everything is quite pleasant.

The room is narrow, the workplaces have no partitions, which has a very bad effect on the audibility of employees if there are other people sitting next to them at the reception.
I was served by a very competent employee, who explained everything very well and politely.
In general, I liked everything, one big minus is the lack of partitions, which makes it hard to hear.
