A good clinic, good doctors, top-level equipment, its own laboratory and tests come very quickly, they always try to find windows if the record is complete. But for several years of appeals, there is a feeling that doctors are aiming to conduct as many examinations on the equipment for patients as possible. Accordingly, increase the receipt. I'm talking about lores. And any suspicion of otitis media in a child results in 16 thousand tenge or more each time, plus the stress of the child from all these manipulations. Plus, they try to treat more gently and, accordingly, for a long time. On the one hand, it's great when they don't stuff strong drugs, but look for alternatives. But at one of the times of such treatment, otitis media worsened three times in 2 months. Because the treatment was not effective enough and just slowed down otitis media for a while. As a result: 1. bilateral purulent otitis media and drinking antibiotics (this is already the diagnosis and appointment of another clinic). 2. Stress of the child 3. several repeated appointments and examinations on special equipment + medicines = 45 thousand tenge + Now we go to the ENT in another clinic, where they just take pictures of the ears and socks, practically without getting in there, and the treatment helps the first time so far. By the way, in ENT practice, when we suspected otitis media, our nose was always examined, it was deep into the camera. I do not know how to do it correctly and how justified it is to do it every time, but I am not ready to torment the child like this anymore, especially knowing that there is another way. I would like to note that the qualifications of the doctors are very good, everyone is friendly, but for the time being I choose ENT from other clinics for my family.

Dr. Sergey Yervandovich Ilyinsky Performed nose surgery after a fracture in childhood, there was an S-shaped septum, one nostril breathed well, the second one turned out not to breathe at all, after the operation it took a year everything works well, breathes through all nostrils), the doctors are very competent, the service is excellent, they did an MRI on the spot, nearby passed all the tests in a couple of hours and the operation was scheduled, the operation went well, the nurses were caring and responsive, I liked that after the operation the care was for a month and a half and everything was included in the total cost, Sergey Yervandovich explains everything very clearly and in detail at the consultations, did everything that he said exactly and no complications!👍 thank you 🙌 in the photo, the third day after the operation ☺️

Doctor Manasov K.E., who does not possess any medical ethics. The doctor asked me "what are you complaining about?", but did not even let me finish. He refuted my every complaint, argued, criticized diagnoses made by other specialists, and lectured me on medicine. He made me look like a madwoman who invents symptoms for herself, although I came with tests where it is clear that I have some kind of inflammation, I didn't even look at it, only argued with such phrases as: "Who told you that you had a sore throat?. " I'm not talking about the rude tone in which he conducted the reception. I have been sick very often for more than two years. I feel uncomfortable with the sweat in my throat, which I literally choke on, it's very uncomfortable for me to live with it. And in the end, instead of help and competent reception, I was brought to tears. If this is not in your competence, you should have redirected me to another specialist, and not humiliate me with your mocking tone. In addition, during all this, without explaining anything, he sprayed something into my nose from a reusable bottle, without even changing the nozzle.

Good doctors, but the waiting lists for appointments are simply unrealistic, from a week to a month. If an operation is needed, you will have to wait at least two months and it is not a fact that the doctor will not leave or you will not get sick and the operation will be postponed for another couple of months. Therefore, it is better to choose another clinic.

My throat hurt a lot, with a recoil in my ear. Several useless examinations were prescribed. It looks pretty funny when for some reason they climb into the nose with an endoscope. The procedure impresses the patient, but in general it is useless. I asked for a photo of my insides - so that at least something would remain as a souvenir. For many years of communication with the ENT, I have never had an endoscope in my nose, and everyone somehow coped successfully. They did a CT scan, although the tomograph is also not quite real, a cone-beam examination, well, it is enough for the location of bones and soft tissues, but no more. It was more of an advanced dental X-ray, keep in mind. Well, it was probably the only necessary examination for which I came here, although of course I expected a "real" CT scan. I'm not sure about the informativeness with such a device. .. They checked my hearing, I argued with the doctor for a long time. The doctor referred to some mythical internal protocol, I suspect that this is the "protocol" of unnecessary additional examinations for money. Well, OK, we checked, however, the one who examined it was also a little surprised why I needed it. According to the time, having agreed in advance, I took the CT description, I was looking for it for a long time)) And, do you know what diagnosis I was diagnosed with in the final - inflammation of the trigeminal nerve)), like the problem is not Lorovskaya. Considering that this inflammation "crawled" from one half of the throat to the other after a couple of days, it was clearly not a nerve. I suspect that many will be recommended to fix the partition here, they also tried to me. Actually, this is the specialization of the clinic, as it seemed to me. So if they recommend it, read it, it is often not as necessary an operation as doctors say. Summarizing - probably a well-equipped place compared to many, but - there are many buts. I was never diagnosed, I spent a lot of money. I won't go anymore.
