The terrible center handed over the Samsung phone under warranty for the first time they wrote for repair, repaired it and it didn't take 3 months and again the same breakdown. But this time I wrote to replace the phone . So that they would not change, they pointed out that it is curved and said that this is not a warranty case. But this is not in the acceptance certificate, the phone that was lying on the shelf for 3 months could not be bent. This is how much they do not want to change the phone to a new one while there is a warranty . And they could have bent it during the first repair . I will file a lawsuit.

A question for you, dear masters. How many people have you deceived so far and how many more will you deceive?. I called and told him everything, I didn't ask for anything. They didn't even apologize, they started inventing fairy tales about the manufacturer. In short, I do not advise anyone to use this service. In parallel, a letter is being prepared to the OCPP and the State Control. I am so outraged by the position taken by the management of this service.
