The terrible center handed over the Samsung phone under warranty for the first time they wrote for repair, repaired it and it didn't take 3 months and again the same breakdown. But this time I wrote to replace the phone . So that they would not change, they pointed out that it is curved and said that this is not a warranty case. But this is not in the acceptance certificate, the phone that was lying on the shelf for 3 months could not be bent. This is how much they do not want to change the phone to a new one while there is a warranty . And they could have bent it during the first repair . I will file a lawsuit.

On 01/25/2023, a vacuum cleaner was shipped under warranty after 21 centuries. They called from this center and said that the motor and the thermostat had burned down. Buy two filters from us for 95 rubles and we will replace everything. I refused, because I knew that everything was clean (this is noted in the acceptance certificate). The vacuum cleaner was returned only after 16 days.(under warranty, they should be in 14, well, God be with him). In the end, I decided to see for myself. It turns out that the engine is working, but just a weakly clamped contact on the cable winding drum burned out. I did the repair in 10 minutes with my own hands. Price: 0p.00kop. A question for you, dear masters. How many people have you deceived so far and how many more will you deceive?. I called and told him everything, I didn't ask for anything. They didn't even apologize, they started inventing fairy tales about the manufacturer. In short, I do not advise anyone to use this service. In parallel, a letter is being prepared to the OCPP and the State Control. I am so outraged by the position taken by the management of this service. There are simply no words, it remains only to act and find the culprits.

I gave a brand phone for repair: Samsung galaxy a70. With a problem: the phone is not charging. Before that, pointing out the error. The main train departs. After that, I was told that they would diagnose the phone. If I refuse to repair, I have to give 40p. To say that I was out is to say nothing. To diagnose the specified problem. Well, never mind, before all this, they gave me a price tag of 30-40 rubles for repairs. I came to pick it up, the price tag was already 70p. And the already working TPS connector was replaced for me. It seems to be charging, to my surprise, but after a couple of days there was a relapse. And I went to give it back, after which they told me that they would replace it for the last time.. and roughly speaking, they sent me. What can I say, after the replacement, again, the same problem. Just greedy people, and people who don't understand anything on the counter. We recruited girls from the village, who only need to sit in the garden..

I gave them a laptop to fix (it didn't turn on for me). They diagnosed it at different levels for a month, then they call and say "you probably have a processor and a bridge burned down," about 400 buns are repaired. Naturally, I refused and took it away. After leaving this service center and on the way home, I dropped it on the sidewalk (fortunately, it was not damaged externally). Upon arrival home, this device started up safely. Excellent service!
