I repaired the coffee machine through the store . Check for a defect : Clean water is drained into the pan. in excessive quantities.I compared it with other cars, in the amount of 5 pieces, of the same brand, they do not have such a feature. The instructions also do not indicate this. The repair was carried out by A.V. Shopkeepers. The coffee machine was returned after 14 days. Conclusion - no defect has been identified. After the "repair", the machine stopped forming cake tablets. The first one forms, the rest crumble. After calling the center and talking with Mr. A.V. Shopkeeper, it turned out that this was normal?!. The coffee is of different quality and you need to adjust the grinding yourself. I opened the instructions. p.8.8. the coffee grinder does not require adjustments, since it is configured by the manufacturer. and it does not affect the formation of the cake tablet. The machine returned without fixing the defect, With new problems. With scuffs in the most prominent places. The impression and mood of this situation are appropriate! I read similar reviews on the Internet, I did not think that I would have to face the same "service".

I do not recommend it. Or require photo/video proof of repair. I gave away a flooded laptop with a complaint about sticking keys, while the laptop itself was functioning (I confess, the contract says that keyboard repair is not included, and it's my own fault that I signed such an agreement, but the question is why exclude what I complained about) Relatively quickly everything was "done", I came to pick up the keys both stuck and stuck, but they said that they cleaned / washed, they wanted to show the photo and video of the repair first, but they said they could not find it. Upon arrival at home, after examining the back cover, there are no traces of opening. Unfortunately, I didn't ask all these questions then, and I paid. Unfortunately, this is the only asus server in Minsk. They didn't help me specifically.

The second time they said that after a year, there is no guarantee. There is a sticker on the laptop that the warranty is 24M. Draw your own conclusions.

The organization does not meet the agreed deadlines, different employees call different deadlines. Nothing has been done in 7 days, not even a diagnosis. Being not satisfied with the services provided, I wanted to pick up the PC, but it's NOT there!!! the system unit was transported to Bobruisk without notifying the owner and any accompanying documentation. in the photos sent from there, damage appeared on the case. they will return "they said" after another 4-5 days, as a result, 1.5 weeks were spent in vain!!! I DO NOT ADVISE CONTACTING THIS MUDDY OFFICE!!!

I handed over the Asus rog GL702VM for cleaning and replacement of thermal paste (I haven't cleaned it for 6 years). I went through a lot of reviews in different services, and eventually decided to contact enter computers. At the reception, they took pictures from all sides, all the documents were processed, they were informed about everything, there are also cameras at workplaces and at the reception, which record everything (which calmed me down very much!). Overall, after about an hour, my laptop was ready, safe and sound! The master answered all my questions and even consulted on some points. I sent the guys an old Asus laptop to check (in operation for 11 years). They quickly made a diagnosis and immediately said that everything was OK with the hardware (they could have heated it if they wanted, but they didn't, handsome men!). As a result, the problem turned out to be in Windows and the old Bios. According to the rules, diagnostics is free in case of further repairs, and paid in case of failure. After agreeing, we agreed that since diagnostics and Windows installation cost the same, then let them reinstall the system. The Bios was also updated for free as a nice bonus, although it also costs money. As a result, after a couple of days I received a laptop that was completely ready for operation. I am very satisfied with both the service and the specialists!

Under Samsung's warranty, one of the wireless headphones was replaced via (the left one began to play sound much quieter than the right one). In less than 4 months, the exact same defect appeared. The certificate of completed works indicates a 4-month warranty for work of such a plan. I applied for this warranty, the defect diagnosis was confirmed, but it was refused, because "this is a warranty only for paid repairs, and not under the manufacturer's warranty." At the same time, the act of completed works does not indicate that the warranty applies only to paid repairs. And the word "paid" appears in the line "completed works". That is, in fact, the document does not provide any specific and correct information, and the client must rely on the words of an employee who, except for "we have a single act," says nothing. Unfortunately, the work of the company was very disappointing. Probably, calling itself the official warranty service of a large company with a good reputation, this company needs to meet all criteria, including the correctness of filling out documents issued to the client. Of course, this situation has spoiled the impression of both EnterComp and Samsung.
