Everything is fine, except for one thing - chronic queues at the ticket offices!!!. At any time of the day, a maximum of half of the ticket offices, or even less. Sometimes I would go into a store, and then think about how long to stand- and go straight to another one. The rudeness of the owners is simply amazing - they save on cashiers, but lose their reputation
