The pizza was half-cooked. They were baked at home, but the taste is disgusting, one onion

The store itself is good, always clean, sellers and consultants are always on top. But there is one woman in the flower shop from whom I have never been able to buy flowers without conflict. She is always unhappy with everything, she does not allow me to choose flowers. If you ask to change a twig, she freaks out and cursing casually fulfills the request, breaking the sprouts. She used to work at Euroopt on Kazimirovskaya Street. When she's behind the counter, if time permits, I go somewhere else. I hope someone from the management will review this review and take action.

A convenience store is certainly a plus. Good coffee and my lactose-free milk is on sale. I come in every other day.
But: 1) there are always midges in the baking department, where there are especially a lot of sour cream; 2) I don't take flour and so on there, after I saw a food moth that calmly flew out of a bag of flour and scattered on neighboring shelves. After what I saw, I send any cereal and flour from any store to the freezer, just in case; 3) I took the finished products once, not for my stomach, fatty fried questionable composition, a matter of taste of course.
The assortment and staff are good.
Midges and moths in products are tin.

Pros: A large assortment of goods, fresh pastries, there are good prices, I have never noticed delays, a normal location, there are self-service cash desks.
Cons: sometimes there are slow sellers, few pieces to check price tags, long queues, few open cash registers, high price tags (pastries, chips, drinks) come across if it is very easy to get lost for the first time and no one will tell you where it is.

Hello! On the night of May 6-7, we arrived at 24/7 Euroopt Prime by taxi. As a result, only 2 cashiers work for a huge store, the tobacco department is on a technical break on a regular basis, queues of 20-30 people, self-service cash desks do not work. Finished products cannot be ordered, as there is no one there. As a result, I had to wait and pay off the taxi driver, who did not want to wait 2 minutes for the cash register. Horror. And we are not the only ones!
What's happening?
I'm not talking about crumpled and rotten tomatoes for 9 rubles a kilogram and other things. In general, it's a big dislike.

I want to leave a negative review on the floral department of the Euroopt hypermarket. Today, on my Birthday, I wanted to cheer myself up and buy a modest bouquet of roses. I chose it in white, asked the sales girl to have the flowers with half-opened buds. I went to the cashier and paid for it. When I returned with the receipt, I saw a bouquet wrapped completely in paper stapled together. The thought flashed through my head that it was already warm, why wrap it like that? And only when I came home did I understand the reasons for her action!!! I am attaching a photo! Stuck a flower in a bouquet that belongs in the trash!Ruined my whole mood! And if I bought a bouquet for someone as a gift??! It's just disgusting to do that! I hope the management will see this review and take action!!! I will never buy flowers there again and I do not advise you!

Cool night light (round the clock) near the house, I hang out here almost every day. The choice is not bad, but if you need something extra, then obviously not here. Prices are average or lower.
There is a separate like for self-service cash desks. There are a lot of them and they work even at night — if you pay by card, you don't have to stand in line. In cooking (although rather meager), in 9 out of 10 cases there is a good seller.

I would like to see fresh mint and rosemary in the fridge more often.
I recently bought Belarusian apples, they are beautiful on the outside, they are spoiled inside (all), they would check the products before sending them to the shelves.
