We took a tour to St. Petersburg with my husband+Karelia for the New Year holidays. The people who were with us, the guide was a gorgeous Ira woman, and the city itself created a festive atmosphere. But there are a lot of nuances about the tour itself. In addition to the city tour of the roofs and front doors, other extras.I do not recommend taking excursions. A trip to the bars cost 2 thousand rubles-this is a visit to 3 bars, where you will be treated to liqueurs and that's it. Of the 3 bars, only one told the story of the creation of a particular liqueur (6 tinctures were tried)and it was really interesting, in the second one it was purely to take a picture (we tried 5 tinctures), the 3rd one, except for the chip in the form of a BDSM Cross, was not surprised by anything else (we tried 1 shot). I really liked the tour of the front doors and entrances, it was definitely worth the money. A trip to Karelia is for an additional fee.a fee of $35 (lunch is not included) from a person and here is exactly the money thrown away (we expected much more from the trip). In fact, 7 hours of a tedious trip with a guide (there were only san.stops), just to bring to Karelia to try a couple of local tinctures, have lunch and go back, stopping on the way back to the quarry for an excursion (they paid separately 600 rubles per person)yes, it was beautiful at the quarry, but such a road definitely does not cost $ 35. The same questions apply to the bus. There were 2 groups of us and we rode on different buses. Everything was perfect in ours, and the drivers were very smart and the guide, but since not everyone was going to Karelia, we decided to combine 2 groups and there was hell on the other bus-one half was sitting in the sauna, the other half was freezing. In general, there were still a lot of nuances. But despite all this, the trip left good impressions and memories.

1. Eternal and endless mistakes in documents. Questions about this are answered ambiguously. The managers did not communicate with us, only some guy who constantly referred to the manager "I'll tell him everything." To communicate about errors in documents through an intermediary - 🫣.
2. They promised to create a group for this tour in 3-5 days, as a result, according to my "annoying" messages, they created it in a day. Thank you.
3. The tour was announced as a youth tour, accordingly, a fun program was expected, as they show it in themselves on instagram. But, as you can guess, there was nothing. We entertained ourselves as much as we could.
4. In a couple of days, we were informed that another group was allegedly moving in with us and instead of ~ 30 people, there were ~ 60 of us…
5. The tour program has changed. They reported this already on the bus as they approached the border. I had to rebuild my plans.
6. The expected tour of the front doors and roofs eventually turned out to be a good cardio workout for climbing to the 6th floor on foot with access to some kind of playground. Spoiler: you will not walk on the roofs of Peter's houses.
It would seem that everything started perfectly: the morning, the Central bus station, a large double-decker bus, a good and responsive attendant.

Everywhere we were driven quickly and were constantly being driven somewhere. In general, the expectation and reality did not coincide at all.

Guides are real pros. They told me well, it's SOOO interesting. You'll learn a lot of new things. The guide from the trip to Karelia could be listened to forever. The tour of Peterhof was so interesting that I wanted to stay for another hour and listen to more about the story. The office workers are very nice girls, they answered all the questions about the tour in great detail.

We also went on a tour to Karelia 05.05.23-09.05.23 and were very pleased with it. Everything turned out well, the tour actually had a youth group, a cool escort Andrey, a comfortable Piter Inn hotel, photographers (_waka_media), who also made a very atmospheric video with moments from the trip. Despite the fact that it was quite cold in Karelia at the beginning of May and there was snow in places, we had a great time.
Also, we started planning our summer holidays in Europe very early and became interested in the Costa Brava + Paris tour. 4 tours were planned for the summer and the company offered visa support.
We had no experience in opening visas, and we decided to apply for the Spanish Schengen in Moscow with the help of an agency. Unfortunately, the information provided was constantly changing (yes, somewhere it did not depend on the agency), but all the information had to be begged literally every week. The managers never wrote about the changes themselves (for example, that the cost of the service increased from 200 rubles to 650).
Visas for the tour in August were recorded only for July dates, they say, we will do everything in time. We signed the contract for the tour in May, but we were told to issue visas in July, when in fact you can apply for a visa six months before the trip.
As a result, a week before departure to apply for a visa, when they were already ready, we were informed that the application was canceled. A couple of days ago, it was reported that the tour would also not take place, since the right number of people had not been recruited.
By the way, none of the four planned Costa Brava + Paris tours took place, but after the visa situation, we no longer hoped for it. Well, judging by social networks, this tour is good if it appeared in stories once a month for a day, that is, it was not particularly promoted for recruiting people.
The money for the travel service is non-refundable, since the contract is drawn up in such a way that the service is considered rendered on the day of the conclusion of the contract. The money was refunded for the visas.
In general, I do not advise you to apply for tours to Europe (especially for visa support), since there is a high probability that the vacation will be disrupted.
Peter/Georgia - maybe, although the reviews below do not motivate you to apply for the company's services in the future.

Moreover, if necessary, you will be able to arrange with the accompanying person at any time. Yes, this will not refund the cost you have already spent, but if you need to drive quietly from point A to point B - why not? As for the tourist service, here you are lucky, someone will get lucky, and someone will not. About the "youth-only tour" - what year do you live in? Everyone wants to eat, they survive as best they can, we need to understand and accept this, times are desperate now, what can we do. If the question is "Do you want checkers - or go?" you choose the first one - it may be worth looking for other options. Therefore, the score is 50/50.

Peter has been a great love for a long time, but this time it turned out with the bitterness of a spoiled trip from the Eurotrip company. New Year's tour of St. Petersburg, Karelia. Everything was so disorganized that it seemed that the tour was planned on the day of departure. The beautiful bus actually turned out to be some kind of junk, which in appearance and condition should have been written off a long time ago. The sockets did not work everywhere, the seats and pockets in them did not seem to have been cleaned since the release of this car, the footrests simply did not hold. The trip was with a breeze, but unfortunately in a literal, not figurative sense, because a "beautiful" December breeze blew from the windows of the neck, head and shoulder. Someone will say romance, but for everyone who was on the bus, starting from minus 10 at the beginning of the trip, to minus 27 overboard, these were extremely negative feelings, I do not recommend it, although, of course, I was lucky to be in the front of the bus, where it was not like in a fairy tale about the Snow Queen, but looking at the guys from behind in jackets, scarves and hats under blankets, it was sad. The next disappointment of the trip was the hotel, which was announced "in the city center", but in fact turned out to be in its so-called suburban part, where a light December St. Petersburg breeze was blowing from the windows, although due to good heating and curtains it felt much less than on our vehicle. In general, except for the location and cardboard walls through which it was possible to talk not only with neighbors on the floor, but even from below and above and a cracked bathtub, there are no more complaints about the hotel as a whole. Excursions are a separate topic, the front doors and roofs turned into just front ones, which of course got rid of the desire to go there. The cherry on the cake was Karelia, which, despite the cold, I was really looking forward to. I still don't understand how you can leave St. Petersburg at 6 a.m. and come to the park to admire the winter beauty at half past five in the evening, when you first have time to run for 30 minutes to at least look at the snow-covered landscape at dusk, and then just walk in the dark through the forest for the rest of the time, the company blames the maintainer for everything and does not assume any responsibility. In general, it is worth deciding individually whether to apply for tours to this company, I personally have no desire after this trip. Have a great trip to everyone and avoid such negative impressions.

The first time I went with a guy on a trip from Eurotrips (New Year's here Minsk - Peter + Karelia) according to his recommendations (he went 3 times already, I really liked it)
What can't be said about this trip
The organization is at a very low level
The old-style bus was not ready for such temperature conditions (it was - 23), the wind blew terribly from the windows, the guys were sitting in hats, fully dressed, I had to move because it was impossible to sit.
The questions that were asked about the organization, time, places, and money collection were unanswered (everything was clarified along the way).
The last day was set aside for an excursion to Karelia, some of the people who did not go were simply evicted from the hotel for "free swimming" until late in the evening (it is not clear what and how to occupy themselves, many simply did not have the Internet, and it was very cold outside for walking around St. Petersburg)
My impressions of the banquet were not the best either
1) we were not allowed inside the establishment for about half an hour (we were just freezing on the street)
2) the wardrobe was unattended: at some point all the jackets ended up in a pile on the floor (they were searched for themselves, the guy could not find 40 minutes)
3) we sat down ourselves, there was no group of people who were traveling together (there was no idea to rally people)
4) the stated limit of 500 rubles for alcohol was miraculously spent, although everyone paid for alcohol themselves
5) the music sucked (everyone went downstairs to dance)
6) the food that everyone ordered for themselves in portions was on common plates, salads were filled, and bruschettes felt like someone had already eaten
According to the banquet, there were rather questions about the institution, but it was clear that the organizers did not make any effort for the money that we gave

The bus was not prepared for the weather conditions, the wind blew out of the windows. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, and the temperature in the rooms was 17 degrees. 2 visas to choose from - Spanish and Polish work visas.

"Cool," we thought. And it's good that my husband needed to redo his passport, and we delayed the visa a little.
I have some questions. One of which is like this: "OK, the visa is working, so you need to pay tax, otherwise no one at the border will be able to confirm that you are really going to work (or at least for an interview)." To which I received an answer: "yes, the invitation is valid for three months, then you need to make an invitation again. It will cost another 350 rubles."

I went on a New Year's tour of Peter + Karelia

We checked into the Bristol Hotel. The hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The rooms are very small and cold. It pulls heavily from the windows. The hotel itself is clean, but for some reason I had someone's dirty socks and a water bottle under my bed.
Then we went to the banquet, to the institution "Everything is fine". In fact, everything turned out to be so-so. The banquet cost $80 per person. It was difficult to call what was brought to us food. The promised deposit of 500 rubles /person has disappeared somewhere. Apparently the other table was drinking at our expense. From the neighboring Eurotrip group (there were 2 buses from Minsk), a certain Irina was responsible for the banquet, which I found out about 2 days after arriving home. I will omit the stories with security and wardrobe, which simply surprised me with their irresponsibility.
Next, I would like to tell you about an amazing trip to Karelia that I was not originally going to take 😂
This tour was scheduled on the last day of arrival. I was unpleasantly surprised when they said that those who are not going should check out of the hotel before 12 p.m. and then wait until 23.00 for the bus to return from Karelia anywhere For a second, it was -24 outside!!! Well, I had to go.
The trip was memorable because I didn't want to go to the toilet so much for a long time 😂😂😂
We arrived in the late afternoon. In Karelia itself it was already -28! After a short walk, we returned to the bus and drove back to St. Petersburg.
The frost was getting stronger, as well as insanity. The stops were still as rare, the stove was breaking, the bus was pulled from all the cracks by an icy wind! We drove all night in a hard cab, dressed and wrapped up in everything we had. Upon arrival home, a lot of people got sick. The tour operator does not comment on this trip in any way, except to make our escort Andrey guilty.
I wonder who will be responsible for the sick tourists who have come down with a fever?! And there are a lot of them!

We went to Georgia with this company. Accompanying Julia ignored all questions and problems, remained silent almost the whole way. Of her duties, she only announced the duration of the stops.
We got into an accident - Julia is silent. The Minsk office responds to us that as soon as Yulia receives information from the traffic police, she will definitely explain everything to us. The result: we stood for 2 hours, waited for the traffic police, and then left in complete silence. Julia did not comment on the situation in any way, did not calm down. My young man was injured in an accident, to which Julia did not even offer a first aid kit (the Minsk manager informed us about her first aid duties).
We arrived at the border of the Russian Federation-RB at night, Julia did not wake anyone up. We woke up from the light ourselves when a border guard came in with a machine gun.
Bus. The seats in the last row do not recline back, there is very little space, it is stuffy and hot. The interior of the bus is very dirty.
On the way to Georgia, we had an accident, the bus was damaged (pictured). And what do you think? The same bus with a broken windshield came back for us.
To the account of the hotel in Gonio. We were told that the hotel would be new, but we were not told that it would be UNFINISHED!! We literally lived on a construction site. No one warned about this. The manager is just silent. The hotel is dirty, they clean up with a fight. When we signed the contract, we were shown photos of rooms with normal double beds. As a result, two single beds were made up in one, there is a 10-13 cm hole between them, into which you fall at night. The breakfasts were also tasteless, we had a few people.

We bought a tour to St. Petersburg, declared as a youth tour, for people 18-35 years old, with a night walk through popular bars.
A week before departure, we find out that we have been transferred to another company and the program is "slightly" changing.
On the day of departure, it turns out that all ages are gathered in the group, including children and pensioners, and a bar tour is not provided.
The price of some excursions has changed and there are mandatory(!) places to visit, from which in the original program we could (and were going to) refuse.
Due to the change in the program, I had to rearrange my plans for my free time in St. Petersburg on the way on the bus, because it also shifted.
It is a pity that the first tourist experience turned out to be so negative.

I'll write it like this. We have never interacted with this travel agency yet, we were not united in one group on a bus tour to Georgia. From the first minute it was clear that the trip would be fun. We were 6 people from another travel agency, immediately separated, although it was not our fault. We weren't thrilled ourselves. Julia accompanied us. A girl who doesn't have any information at all. He does not know how to listen to tourists. When the group had questions, she sat with headphones in her ears and did not answer incoming questions. When it came to paying the remaining amount for the tour, it turned out that they wanted to charge us $ 40 more than stated in the contract. And we had the largest amount compared to those of other tourists. Eurotrip autumn has expensive excursions, twice as expensive as in other travel agencies. Bus drivers save money by driving along all sorts of bypass roads, avoiding toll roads. There was no WiFi on the bus, and the air conditioning was almost out of order. The stated excursions, which were included in the price of the tour, were not carried out at all. Of course, no one returned the money. The impressions from this travel agency are the most terrible. I do not recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Disgusting organization of a tour to Georgia 16.07-31.07
We signed the contract in February (the tour started on July 16), that is, we were in the top ten people who bought the tour. Immediately upon signing the contract, we indicated our wishes for seating - to sit together in front, because we are very seasick. After creating the conversation in July, we duplicated this information to the managers, as requested by the organizers in the conversation. Eurotrips stated that they try to take into account all wishes. And so on July 15, at 21:48, they throw off the seating for us - we are sitting at the very END of the bus: where there are five seats. We immediately send a message to the organizers and they ignore us. They say it's already off-hours, they don't read the messages.
When we got on the bus, we tried to talk to the accompanying Julia, who told us "I'm in charge here and I'll decide, get in your seats now" and "if you don't like it, you don't have to go." It was impossible to spread out an armchair in our places, pull back the curtain, or at least stretch out our legs a little (by the way, we also did not have footrests). The distance from the back of my chair to the next one is my arm (my height is 154cm). My belt was broken: it was completely pulled out and could not be put back, and considering that we also had an accident, safety was "at the highest level". A little later, we were transferred forward, but then people came into Gomel and ran over us shouting, simply ordering (another word does not fit) to return to their seats. We tried to finish writing and get through to the office, but they sent us and said that we did not ask for anything at all for seating, and they also said that they did not have a reservation (by the way, the couple who drove us away in Gomel shouted that they had paid for these places, surprisingly 🤷♀️). We were told that early purchase of a tour gives an advantage only in price (the lowest), but apparently it doesn't matter at all about wishes (why ask them then?!) Eurotrips also offered a transportation service, without accommodation (that is, they just take you to some point in Georgia). So, ALL the PEOPLE who were traveling on this service were sitting in the front.
The rooms at the Gonio Hotel had not been cleaned by our arrival. We were told that we could leave our things and go about our business (leave them in open rooms, because there is only one key in the hotel and the cleaners do not have their own). To the question "how can you be sure that things will not be lost", we were told "you can sit in the room and wait until they are cleaned." Cleaning was also not constant, some rooms were simply missed: we left the key in the door in the morning and our room was open all day, but at the same time we did not do something all the time when cleaning. To fix the flaws or to have them just cleaned up, you need to write to the accompanying person or the owner of the hotel, only then they will come to you (and that's not a fact, maybe you need to say it several times).
Some of the excursions were simply canceled (we were given badges with a plan and there was a lot different from the information on the site). For example, there was no boat trip to the Borjomi springs either. The contract said that prices may vary slightly. On the website, the cost of the excursion "Mountain Adjara" was $ 65, but upon arrival, the escorts told us the price of $ 85 (!!!). In general, excursions from Eurotrips come with a huge margin. So snowboarding in Batumi lasting 2 hours from Eurotrip costs $ 35, while no one will take you there: you will have to get to Batumi from Gonio on your own. Meanwhile, in Gonio, an hour of snowboarding costs 20 lari (about 20 Belarusian rubles). Money for all excursions is collected at the very beginning, and if you change your mind and say so in advance, no one is going to return the money
The program also announced two rooftop parties with a DJ, but the attendants told us, "Yes, turn this on, turn that on, so we'll be with a speaker," which anyone can connect to.
The Minsk office of Eurotrips did not solve the issues in any way, the accompanying Julia did not explain anything, only announced the time of stops, could not resolve the problem in any way and organize people, we always left later
On the way back, the departure was planned at three o'clock. At half past eleven we were evicted from the room and waited downstairs. As a result, at twenty minutes to three we were told that the departure was at 16.45
If you want a spoiled mood, a feeling that no one cares about you and the office will not help in solving any problems in any way, but rather will require a fine - you to Eurotrips (about the fine: after spending the night in Tbilisi, people from two rooms were fined 50 GEL for dirty towels (dirty from hair dye, but the hotel even I didn't try to wash them). Julia's escort flew into the bus and came up to the people with the words "So, from your room a fine of 50 GEL, I will not pay for you out of my pocket, go decide." People went to figure it out and didn't pay as a result, and when we arrived at Gonio, the accompanying person at the hotel, Andrei, said that the Minsk office of Eurotrips asked to warn that until they pay a fine of $ 18 for towels, they will not be taken back)

I signed up for a tour in March. The tour itself should be in May. The agency promised to help with obtaining a visa for the tour.We waited 1.5 months for a response from the embassy, but did not wait. They said that if this embassy does not work out, they will try to go to others, but as a result of waiting for the first one, they did not have time to go to others due to high demand and simply canceled the tour. All 2 months they assured me that everything is fine and there are no problems, everything will be fine, because professionals work. During this time, I could make a visa for the tour myself. They just told everyone that it didn't work out and everyone is free. They also offered not to refund the payment, but to transfer it to the tour later, they do not provide any discounts due to the canceled tour. I would like to advise the agency to study the situation regarding visas, you are not the only ones in tourism and so confidently declare your professionalism (to do what you are not able to do) is not worth it. Also, study the loyalty program for customers, they believed in you and brought you their money in the hope of a trip, and in the end you wasted their time, and most likely the holidays themselves, which cannot be postponed and do not consider the possibility of discounts because of your failures. Given this negative experience, I will NEVER turn to them again and I will advise others to do so.

And it was like this: initially, the departure was postponed for ~ a day (well, maybe the bus broke down, everything happens), while they claimed that we would also return from Georgia a day later than planned (deception)))).
As a result, it turned out that for some reason we were transferred to another travel agency, no one warned or explained. There are families with children around, but they were counting on a youth tour. They refused to take us on excursions, saying: 'you don't belong to us now'[our `new` travel agency did not have such a variety of excursions]. Upon arrival at the hotel, there were also many questions, we were not found on the check-in list, no one actually paid for us in advance, and the travel agency did not answer calls and messages (it was about 23:30 on the clock). Fortunately, the good owners of the hotel turned out to be and allowed to spend the night without payment, reassuring that tomorrow we will calmly deal with everything.
It was in August 2022. If you suddenly decide to choose this travel agency, then think 20 times before making the right decision.

I ordered a tour to Italy with visa support. The visa documents were filled out correctly from the third time. The tour itself was canceled after the prepayment was transferred to them 2 days later. This was our first experience of traveling through a travel agency, so there were a lot of questions and requests, it was difficult to get through to the operator, and they answered in Viber for ages. The departure to Georgia was planned from Minsk, it was written in the contract, the operators told us the same thing. But was it really so difficult to say that the bus stops in other cities of Belarus? Bottom line: it was useless to go to Minsk, spent the night at the train station to return to Gomel again, since, as it turned out, the bus route passed through our city, which, of course, no one asked or suggested.. A telegram chat with route details was promised to be created 2 days before departure. As a result, we created it in 10 hours..The mood was spoiled after that, the operator did not respond to the complaint in any way. The general manager contacted me for more than two weeks. But this incident was just a flower compared to what awaited us next. The bus, in which the Internet was not working, the air conditioner was constantly breaking down, for more than 20 hours at the border.. The transport in which we were transported is not even designed for transporting animals, and even more so for such huge distances. If your height is more than 150 cm, get ready for the fact that your legs will swell, your shins will look like 5-liter bottles, even if you are 20 years old, your back will break in half, and I'm not talking about the fact that sleeping in such conditions is simply not possible. On the way back, the driver missed the exit several times, drove around the field half the night. Let's move on to the hotel: the travel agency announced included breakfasts. We got an empty bun and tea for breakfast (sunny wanted it). Our friends living in Jim received cold dried pasta without anything. The hotels are terrible, leaky chairs, extra beds in the room, barely working refrigerators. In general, this is not what I wanted to see, having climbed so many km. But this is not the fault of the hotel, as the owner said, the travel agency pays about $ 10 per day for a room, so book the hotel yourself, do not contact these people, a complete divorce, a non-selfish attitude. By the way, when I asked to compensate for the cost of tickets to Minsk, the answer was only that these were my problems.

When you realize that there is less and less time before the tour, you write to your manager yourself, and they just answer you - "there will be no tour, we simply canceled it, we were not allowed to register tourists for a visa and we cannot organize a tour, as a result, there is no time left to make a visa to go with a normal travel agency and as a result, disappointment and a lost vacation.
