In my opinion, an unprofessional relationship with the client:
- communication with the client is not accepted by etiquette
- there is no transparency in prices
- they do not accept criticism about errors in translation (gross mistakes were made during translation)
- they interfere with the topic, while they do not know the nuances in the documents, and we did not even ask for advice
- the deadlines for the preparation of documents were postponed several times
- we didn't keep the words we agreed on
- we had to correct mistakes with our help
- there is no respect for the client
The positive aspects of the company:
- The documents were received as a result, albeit at a late date. The plan was completed, but we felt uncomfortable. There was no trust in the bureau. We were looking for backup translators on the backup plan.
As a result: I did not like the service, I will not contact you anymore.
I will not advise this bureau.
